Everyone's burgers were fantastic and the waitress, despite it being a very busy Saturday night, was friendly, prompt, and attentive. The Neverending sides were truly Neverending and we didn't even need to get pushy for those or beverages refills, which was great after an adventure filled hot summer day in Cranberry PA. Even the hostess was super nice and also realistic about the wait time. My lack of the 5th star really has to do with the lack of cleanliness inside and out. Waiting around outside while the kids run off some steam you notice the trash in the lot, around the sidewalks and entrance, and all through the mulch. Some of it had been there for awhile, clearly weathered. And all the restrooms were pretty rough... TP and paper towels all over the floor, other bathroom trash on the floor, broken door that did not secure, and 2 of 3 stalls without TP! Even the single handicap bathroom was overflowing with trash and the floor was a greasy death trap. No one on staff uses restrooms or even checks them on a busy day? Then when you come out of the bathroom, you get two glimpses into the kitchen... they floor was absolutely filthy- food debris, tickets, straws, napkins... you name it! It was on the floor and the staff was either trying to avoid stepping on it all together or kicking trash to the side. Even the guy in the blue polo was "working" around the trash. He was honestly the only person we saw who wasn't working quickly and busting a sweat. I really hope the blue shirt meant he was an out of uniform trainee or something, and not the Manger, just wandering around. Pick up a broom bro! Rather than walk down the line kicking trash to the side. We would come back for delish burgers, but would probably just carry out and eat...
Read moreCame to this location about one year ago on a Friday night. It was busy but we were seated right away. Food took forever and when it finally arrived it was cold (not even a little warm). Server admitted the food was ready for a while and she missed picking it up. She was really nice and told the manager (we didn’t ask for the manager) and he came to our table with hot fries and took 10% off. So we were ok with it. Ever since then, we were worried this could happen again and always would go elsewhere. Tonight, we decided to go again thinking the last time was a fluke. Got seated right away as they weren’t that busy, approached by server right away who took our drink order. Drinks arrived within a few minutes and ordered food at 5:55 pm. Sat until 6:40 pm when our food was delivered. Fries were a good temperature, burgers were cold again. When you receive a cold burger, it ends up being dry. Server never asked if we wanted drink refills and never asked if we wanted more fries but was asking other tables if they wanted more. We didn’t complain or even ask for a manager so that’s on me. Sorry Red Robin, before the last bad experience, we used to come often and burgers were always hot and juicy (and I swear they used to be a lot thicker). I wouldn’t come back even if you...
Read moreEverything was fine until I found a dead bug in my salad. The waitress apologized and asked if I wanted a new one, and that was the end of it. I was so grossed out and a little upset that she didn’t even let her manager know. So I asked the hostess to speak to a manager, and he came over and was surprised that she waitress didn’t say anything to him and he was very apologetic. He left the table and spoke to our waitress, and when he came back he insinuated that the bug flew on the salad while it was at our table, not that it was there from the kitchen. The bug was dead, it wasn’t alive and it didn’t fly into my salad after the server delivered it. I wouldn’t have sent back a salad that I visually saw a bug fly into at our table. Not to mention the bug was dead. Either way, it was really uncomfortable to know that the waitress spoke to him and made me sound like I was being over dramatic about a bug flying into my food(which wasn’t the case). I didn’t even ask to be comped (they did, which was nice), but I felt the manager should know if there are bugs in their lettuce or back in their kitchen. Just awkward situation overall, and I felt uncomfortable like they didn’t believe me and like I was just another customer trying to get...
