They never have the sizes I need in the store, I ordered a lot of shoes off line for that reason and was given a date for estimate shipping. I ordered for back to school and I still haven’t got a shipping notification and called to see why, the shoes are on back order! I tried to cancel it and was told I have to wait to physically have the shoe to cancel but could take up to a month to get the shoe on back order. I will avoid buying from here for...

Awesome customer service! I purchased a pair of shoes that once my son started wearing them, they started to squeak after an hour or so. Normally, nobody will take back a pair of worn shoes but the manager was great. We switched them for a new pair. Squeaking shoes are defective. I was very worried we would have to fight about this but it was easy. Thank you again! Nice to see they are again...

Checked online before going to store, shoe was in stock. Get there and walked around looking for it for 20 minutes, no one was around to help. Checked again, and shoe went out of stock for the size. Went to order online, but place order and shoe went out of stock again for that size. My daughter was bummed. If she's not happy, I'm not happy. Will not return...
