I went inside today a little after 4PM to place an order to-go… and was greeted and assisted by Mark.
He was very bubbly, positive, kind, considerate… and was very pleasant!
I walked in feeling hungry… and I left feeling happy that I opted to get Subway today instead of making food at home 🙌🏽
(Side-note that isn’t necessary but I feel like mentioning it to spread awareness to being kind to one another)
I haven’t had the best days lately due to personal reasons… and have developed a bit of social anxiety creeping up on me.

Read moreI’ve ordered online from this subway a few times and every time I have, there’s always been something wrong with it. This time order was supposed to be ready at 6:00pm. I got there at 5:55pm and one of my orders was already ready, however the second one took an additional 25 minutes because the machine never printed my order for some reason. However, everytime I’ve ordered from this subway, I always order extra on the condiments because they’re always dry and sure enough I asked for extra on my order and I think they put less than “regular” on it. It was so beyond dry I had to add my own condiments to it. Extremely unsatisfied. Read moreI had went to the Subways in Crandall. The lady with the nose ring (no name tag, so don't know her name) that helped me, seemed like she was in a bad mood from the get go. She starts my sandwich, then proceeds to start the next customer's order. She seemed to know him, so I'm standing there waiting while she's having a conversation with him and starts working on his order, which had 3 sandwiches! When she eventually got back to my order, she seemed annoyed the whole time while making the sandwich.
