Dunkin' — Restaurant in Cranford

Went today to the cranford Dunkin donuts (cranford nj) and the kid behind the counter made fun of an autistic adult buying a single donut!  Then when the adult found a dime on the counter, he picked it up and cleaned it off (mind u he payed extra for the donut at this point) and walked away. The employee called him back gave him him pennies and embarrased the customer by telling him he was stealing from them and he is sick of people stealing all the time!!  Ummm he had the pennies the customer had over paid!! As an employee u have NO BUSINESS TO EMBARRIS ANY CUSTOMER ESPECIALLY A HANDICAPPED YOUNG ADULT!!! I will be calling corporate!!! When I spoke to the employee he proceeded to tell all the other employees about how these people should have aids with them to help them out in the public!!!!

That is discrimination against disabled people!!! I call and call this branch to get this employees name and no one even answers the phone!!

This Dunkin Donuts is in a great location and usually has great service; however, when I went today, the service was not even close to the normal par. I asked for a medium iced caramel macchiato black. Exactly how it is typed. I ended up getting a caramel macchiato with milk and sugar and not mixed at all. When I told them that it is not what I asked for they dumped out the milk and gave it back to me, making the coffee about 3/5 full. The coffee itself tastes subpar and unlike the normal Dunkin standards. It also still had the sugar in it and some milk remnants. Was not satisfied whatsoever,...

While waiting one day a customer can't find her order so she asks where is it. The employee says he doesn't have that order but he can make it. She says she paid online. She later finds out she's at the wrong store. The employee says the owner is here maybe he can help. The owner politely says give her whatever she wants and I'll call the other store and let them know she'll pick up her order here. I just thought it was nice of him to do that. He took a loss, but I think he may have gained a returning customer for doing that. Maybe this is why I come here rather the other two...
