Yestoday Dessert Bar — Restaurant in Clark

Ok so first off reading all these reviews about the workers up front being rude couldn't be more accurate..I have been going to this place very often I am not one to write reviews but couldn't hold back on this one ..the rudeness is a understatement lol the girl up front took my order I asked for a lavender bubble tea she thought I said green tea first off I don't even like green tea the older lady handsme a green tea I told her I didn't order that ..the younger girl said oh yes she did lol she was arguing with me and telling the lady that I'm basically lying ..i.hsce never ever experienced a worker fighting with a customer I'm like umm can you just remake the order again even if I did make that mistake her attitude was terrible acting that way in front of other customers as well humiliation..I won't ever step foot back there Again her demeanor is absolutely disgusting..I'm not sure how this girl is still even there it must be family owned but they need to.learn some customer skills.. they won't ever get my...

Drinks were great, the place itself is meant to be a "walk in, walk out" establishment so if you're looking for a place with more of a personality then this is not the place for you.

I had to write a review here, after seeing that another individual in the reviews had the same experience as me. The cashier at the counter (Blonde, wolf cut) needs more work on their social skills. I ordered two items and they stumbled upon their own words/thoughts to the point where they even tried to deflect the blame of faulty communication on me by saying "Oh I was waiting on you to say the second item, but it's ok"...?

I understand working at an establishment like this can be exhausting, but I'd rather point this out so that person can do better and be more conscious of how to interact with customers. I'm usually a patient person, but I could not let this go as clearly it's not a coincidence that other people in here have expressed...

Do not go here place does not value there customers I was a loyal customer since the opened under the first red mango I think was the name so a good 5 years atleast I go in everyday if not ever other day and spent 25 dollars for two teas !! That's crazy at that but I liked there drink !! The wife is super nice the man tho ! So CHEAP ! He weighs the ice creams if you put to much you have to take it out can't be anything over he charges for lids ! I one time asked how something was and he said oh well if you don't like it I can't give you something else !! He is unbelievably cheap it's disgusting I seen him make a lady run to her car for 10 cents !!! That's not how you do buisness I don't be buying from here anymore and with the amount I went almost everyday he's so cheap he will feel that ! Clark has so many other better little spots don't waste your hard earned money...
