Arni's Crawfordsville — Restaurant in Crawfordsville

Had ordered large 2 topping pizza. Was told on phone it would be ready in 20 min. When I arrived yo pick it up, cashier could not find my order. Asked manager about it, he had told me when he could not find it. He would make a new one, I had told him I was in a hurry, because i had another order to pick up. He said there was one in the ovenxsnd he could have it ready in 6min. If i could wait. So i ended up waiting 15min. Before my pizza was done. I asked to see manager, when he came up to me i apologized to him and said i knew he was busy. But I waited 15min. For my pizza, and now I'm late picking up my other order. He told me it was only 10min. I was trying to explain that It was 15 min. He said he needed me to leave cause I was being to LOUD. I'm sorry but I wasn't being loud. I feel he didn't want to deal with my situation because they were busy. But to kick me out of the store, and embarrass me in front of dozen people for no reason at all was downright...

This evening was our first time stopping at the Crawfordsville Arni's restaurant. Usually all the Arni's restaurants we've patronized served good tasting food. This evening the wife ordered an Arni's Junior salad and I ordered an Arni's Junior Club salad, we also ordered a medium vegetarian pizza. The salads were fresh and very good. The pizza was a complete disaster! It was topped with broccoli, and that would have been good, however, the broccoli on our pizza was obviously fermenting in their refrigerator for the last several days and was exceedingly stinky. I imagine the very young crew working the kitchen was clueless as to what fresh broccoli should smell like. If it was up to me I would have taken that stinky pizza up to the counter and asked for a new one, however my wife is way too nice and told me to just "let it go", so we took it with us and threw it out at the...

While traveling through Indiana on I-74 East, my husband asked me to look up the nearest Pizza Restaurant. We chose Arni's! What a nice surprise! A bright and clean restaurant with helpful and smiling employees. A very busy place but they still made us feel like we were their only customer. Once you place your order, you can sit in the lobby and watch them prepare your meal on their well lit, open kitchen or choose a seat in one of their three indoor dining areas. Weather permitting, there is also a fantastically large patio where you can choose from tables with or without an umbrella. Again...very clean. We ordered a pizza, which was brought to our table HOT from the oven (and I mean HOT!!!) and prepared just as we had ordered. Yum!! Fast and delicious! We are now "Arni's" fans! So whether you are local or just passing through, choose Arni's... you'll be glad...
