Shoe Sensation — Local services in Crawfordsville

I purchased some shoes online and returned them to this store. When returning they told me they couldnt print me out a return receipt, so luckly I asked to take a picture of their computer screen showing the return. 30 days have passed and never received a refund. I contacted corporate and they said they did not show a return in their system, but since I had a picture of their computer screen of the return they would issue the refund to me. Thank goodness I was smart to that. I would beware of returning anything to this store. I never heard of a store not giving you a receipt...

Workers are too forced nice. I'd rather have a bland conversation than a forced happy one haha, but maybe they get a lot of rude customers. They need far more variety. Nice store and staff. Selection is small and not much to choose from. Good brands and plenty of socks. Small town feel with small town selections. I give it a 3 outa 5 just cause my kids love the Chuck...
