Atmosphere has changed since summer 🌞 it's sad what it seems like down town ,I avoided first Fridays street thing ,went here early in week for lunch , I gave older person a coffee, when I went to pay $ was missing after leaving my purse 😔 very disappointed in new older crowd 😭 I had bills to pay . Just because it happened once 🔂 at the Water Department,it doesn't mean it should happen, across the street, then after cash taken ,my card was too.

Ridiculous,great food & service.

Just can't trust all the coffee drinkers not having food hiding in dark corners that come up to say hi, sadly very old , just before going in The place across from there had texted link saying my card was used the one missing after giving an older man ride back to their place by post office, 😔 I walked this last few times .

I didn't have card on me I was home , I wanted to see who used my card I found out who it was then $ taken not returned ugh 😫 I spoke with that older person about it. He said who are they going to believe 🧐

This is just sad 😢

When I got back from using W/C I started feeling faint 😔 sleepy 😴

The hostess, order taker, waitress, busgirl, bartender, server and cashier was probably the best employee anyone could hire. Her demeanor, pace, quality of service and capacity multi-task, getting to everyone as fast and efficiently as, I think, possible. She got a big influx of customers all at once and so I had to wait for a few minutes. Without missing a beat, she came right over, apologized, helped me decide what to order, suggested a couple of things, including the beer and the side for my dish. She is friendly and has a really positive attitude, even under stress. She was.doing all the jobs except cooking. The menu consists of sandwiches, burgers, salads, soups and of course beer and wine. There are about ten round tables inside and a bar that can seat around 8 people. There is also some seating outside and a long table for big parties but it was hot today so that was not an option. The atmosphere inside is somewhat dark, with black lights, neon posters and LED lights. The rest of the space consists of a stage, dance floor and salad bar. We have NEVER had service this bad. When we arrived the place was almost empty. It took them 30 min to take our order, and they took the orders of the two tables who came in after us first. It took almost an hour after that to get our food and we had to complain before they brought it to us. The other tables ordered, were served, and finished their meal before our food arrived. A DoorDash order came in and was completed before we got our order. The only explanation provided was that that air fryer was backed up. Yet we ordered sandwiches and burgers and not air fryer foods. To be clear, we ordered entirely off the menu with no changes or additions, other than asking for no mustard on sandwiches so we did not have overly complicated orders. There were a total of 3 tables being served so there was no excuse. There wasn't a rush, they weren't overwhelmed, they were just incompetent.
