Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Crescent City

I have always had great service threw them in tell the last two times i have gone there. I don't know if it is because new workers or what but they don't do my drink like i ask any more they keep putting chocolate sirup around my cup when i ask them not to and i only ask for it normal with just extra caramel around the cup that's all. Yet the last two times they don't listen to that and they keep putting the chocolate around the cup anyways, it's like sucking up straight chocolate in your straw. I tried calling them down there to talk to someone and no answer over and over again. I just want them to go back to doing my drink like i ask and answering there phones would probably be good to. Hope it gets better soon or there gonna loose my whole family as customers witch there's lots of us that like are coffee or liked are coffee from there Hope the problem can get fixed soon. Wow I love Dutch Bros CC! Tara Lynn was an angel tonight! I had been having a rough couple of days, and accidentally left my wallet at home without realizing it before ordering. I was frantically searching my purse for some form of payment, but to no avail. Next thing I know, this awesome barista is telling me not to worry about it, and that she's got it. She paid for my drink! It took me so off guard as I'm so used to people generally being way less caring and selfless. She made my night so much better and she had such an upbeat and positive attitude! I'm so grateful to Tara Lynn for being so giving. I will be sure to pay it forward! Spent a weekend in Crescent City for the first time almost two weeks ago. My two daughters really wanted Dutch Bros Coffee so husband and I decided to treat them. We have always experienced great customer service and wonderful beverages, so I was not expecting much more (or less!). Well, a young Latinx looking man made our visit that much more delightful. He was polite, friendly and took our order and in a quick conversation we told him we were just visiting, and he suggested a few sites to explore while we were there.
