Phoned down from room for carry out pizza. Server (Matt) left me on hold for 10 mins. Eventually I went down and he was busy serving others. He tried to deny it was 10 mins. Our food was then going to be 30 mins because there were 5 orders ahead of us (including the 1 he processed while I was standing there still on hold rather than picking up the phone.

Even if you are a 1 man team, you remember you had left someone on hold.

He then didn’t take my name or room number. Apparently it would find us “by magic”.

His attitude stinks. Yet you are expected to tip for...

This kitchen has no idea what they are doing. They are disorganized beyond belief. Every customer order came out piece meal and several had to ask why they forgot certain items and then the kitchen had to rush to get those items out.

Food took forever and when it came out it was cold. Taste was bland and sausage wasn't fully cooked. Most people I saw took a few disappointing bites and then left their food on the table.

Everything was insanely overpriced even for Crested Butte.

Horrible spot, avoid...

Ordered takeout pizza from here one night, as we were too tired to go to town, and so glad we did! We ordered two specialty pizzas and they both were delicious. Wish we had discovered this place sooner in our trip. Pizza Is what I would consider a thinner house of pizza type style. Additional toppings of specialty pizzas were good quality and fresh. Didn’t rate for atmosphere because we did take out, but the gentleman from Worcester MA who was working was really enjoyable...
