To start with, I'll likely only come here on rare occasions due to the pricing. I feel it's fair enough pricing (according to what I received) though, but I can't see myself able to spend what I did all too often...

So, to start with, this place does have pictures of various types of burritos, but the gist I got while ordering is that they are just examples because I literally got to 'choose my own adventure' for both the taco and the burrito I had made. There was plenty to choose from to place inside of each and I got the same options to place inside each. I changed a couple of small things between the two, but they mostly contained the same things while still providing a different taste. There were a couple or three special additives available as well for a little extra, such as the guacamole. I didn't include any extras that would raise my total, but to 'me' everything looked completely fresh when I went in about 5 minutes after they opened at 10:30am. I think where folks can really get different flavors though is with the sauces.

So, at around 10:30am, I figure I was the first person in since the place was empty. However, after I had gone through my ordering and near the end of the choices, were the sauces. My own eyes saw maybe about 20 choices, including a ghost pepper sauce option. I did that one on my burrito and tried the jalapeno sauce on my taco. This place does have hard shelled tacos available by the way, but I did soft for mine. Between the two sauces I got though, I was surprised to find the jalapeno sauce actually came out hotter! It could have been due to less than what's inside a burrito in volume, but I will say the ghost pepper sauce was a first ever at any restaurant that atleast truly provided SOME heat. Neither sauce was overpowering though and even a pepper liking child could likely have either. The lady serving me on the day I went in also placed the sauce on kinda heavy to 'me', but it was perfect! Both items came out having enough of a different taste for me and I had to save half the burrito for the next day.

As far as the cleanliness and all of the place, I found it to be kosher. The staff was nice as well, although I felt a bit rushed being asked what items I wanted on my two orders. However, that's likely because I was trying to juggle my phone with a friend who couldn't seem to hear me say 'hold on a moment' and getting my order. ; p Really, the only thing I could truly think might need a slight change is the boxes used for the tacos. After just a couple of minutes in the car, my taco had stuck to multiple places on the little box it was in. I had to be careful picking it up.

As a couple of side note, this place does do a special for Taco Tuesdays... and also my total order of my two items came to 10.18 on...

Went in tonight to get dinner. I ordered the veggie power bowl. The man making my food asked if I wanted everything that came on it or if I wanted to build my own. After reading what the menu said it came with, I decided that it sounded great just the way it was. We got the putting the "pico" on it, which was literally just tomatoes. He said this was because everyone asks for the pico without onions, so now they just keep the ingredients separate, which i thought was strange but whatever. We put on the tomatoes, onions, cilantro, and lime juice - good enough for me. I joked about how that was some very sad pico. Everything was going well until he put both the southwest ranch and the Jalapeño ranch on it. I inquired because from reading what was listed on the menu board, it only said southwest ranch. It didn't say that there was also Jalapeño ranch on it. He insisted that it was included as a normal ingredient in that bowl and continued to argue that is what was shown on some sheet that he had behind the counter. I stated that I was sorry, but that was just too hot for me, I couldn't have the Jalapeño ranch. He continued to argue that it was supposed to be on there. I again said that I couldn't have the Jalapeño ranch because it was too hot. He turned abruptly and took it to the back area. Then, with much attitude, I started to make a new one for me. He asked what kind of rice and I said that I just wanted all the same things but without the Jalapeño ranch. He continued with the attitude in asking what kind of beans I wanted. I again stated that everything was fine, just not the Jalapeño ranch. He then said something to the effect of, "Well, I don't know what you want because I made it the way it was supposed to be before and you didn't want that." I again stated that I just want it the way it was supposed to be according to the menu. I read off what the posted menu board stated is included in the veggie power bowl. And again with much attitude he said "well, I don't know what you want because you just read that it is supposed to have cheddar cheese on it and I put white cheese on the first one". I replied that I'm not picky about the cheese, I just know that I've had the Jalapeño ranch before and it was too hot for me. He said that was crazy because the southwest ranch is hotter than the Jalapeño ranch. I replied that that wasn't the way it was listed on the menu. The menu shows the sauces in order of spice level and it shows that the southwest is not as spicy as the Jalapeño. The attitude continued through the completion of our order. I'm not sure what this guy's (Kaleb H according to my receipt) problem is, but, dang! Customer service is not...

I’ve been coming here to eat for a long time because I love the food. My favorite thing to eat are the tacos. I like my tacos a certain way and I get them that way every time I come. However, to night as I was ordering my tacos the way I like them I had the lady making my order put pork, rice, and beans on it and as I got the end of the counter to finish it off with a few more things she informed me I could only add one more thing to my taco. I asked if I pay more can I get the things I wanted on my tacos. She informed me that due to a new rule I could only have 3 items on my tacos even though she was about to add the 4th item. I was a little aggravated with the situation but decided to be respectful and not make scene. I’m frustrated because I can go to any fast food chain in this country and get my food made the way I want it. Especially when I’m paying just short of $20 for four tacos and 2 drinks for...

Was a great dinner starting with the customer service. The staff were all friendly and patient with my big order of multiple burritos. Wasn't busy so the wait was non existent. There is loads of choices in the menu that can satisfy anyone. But for them people like me who can be picky you can always make it fully custom. One thing I like is super fat burritos. 🌯 here they can be super stuffed and still stay rolled. Amazing. They got more than burritos for the non burrito people out there. They got tacos, burrito bows, all kinda options. Definitely a good place if you crave Mexican food but don't care to go fully authentic. :)

Everytime I go here I never have any issues. The employees work really quick, the store is always kept in good order and the lines are never super long! You’ll be in and out within five minutes. They have a ton of ingredients that can be used. I normally get a chicken burrito and pile on my favorite toppings! You can request to have your burrito toasted which enhance the ingredient flavors! Parking isn’t hard to find and if you find yourself without a spot there are plenty more right across the street! Definitely recommend coming here and will be back in the future!
