The signs n google says the open at 9:30. We’ve been here since 9:15 am waiting for 9:30 am for them to open. We drive around n around. Go inside wait n wait n wait…. Customers left because they weren’t taking orders. My husband finally asked n she said oh our time is wrong we don’t open till right before 10:00 am. They’re setting up n blending stuff but a paying customer is just sitting waiting for them to take order. Where is the customer service? Where is the sense or urgency? It blows my mind that they won’t stop what they’re doing to handle a guest in the building. I’m not a complainer person because I was in the restaurant business for 20 years owning and operating them. However this day and age hospitality and service has truly went out the window. You can’t sell smoothies and grow sales if you don’t take orders when ppl are in front of you. Making people wait for a clock to say 10:00 is insane. Why does say 9:30 am and why is the doors open to come inside. Now the computers are down and they still can’t take orders but how did I hear this from the girl talking to someone in drive thru when we spent 45 min waiting for her to talk to someone in drive thru and state the computers were down that they had to order online. Read moreWent in today, and left feeling disappointed and unsatisfied. I have always loved smoothie king, but unfortunately, Crestview has sunk its filthy claws into this new spot. Sooner than I expected. We arrive to the drive-thru and note that there was only 2 two cars in front of us and one in their parking lot. Unless they were 'drowning' in online orders, there should've been no reason for this encounter. We get told to hold, after about a minute, a new person begins to take our order and then disappears after us placing it. We wait about another minute, say "hello?", get no response, and then yet another person asks to take our order. What was the point in getting on the headset to take our order just to disappear and have someone else take it? We order, again and wait about 10-15 mins with no one else in line by now. We get our drinks, and to the eye, they look made right. However, the taste of my drink tasted like water and peanut butter and my fiance had a very sour taste to his(more than just a lot of pineapple juice). He, as a food safety proctor, knew the sour taste had to be from turned pineapple juice. So we had to throw our drinks away, full. We are already home by this time and felt like it would take an hour to get any resolution from the store itself, so we even lost out on our money. Will not be going...

Let me start by saying I am reviewing the smoothies only. If I could give it a zero star, I would. We ordered 44oz power meal slim chocolate and 20oz angel food. Power meal slim chocolate tastes so bland. Very textured and watery. Angel food tastes so weird, bland and watery. Throat and mouth starts itching after a sip and immediately threw it away. We are heading to Panama City from Louisiana so we decided not to turn back or have the drinks replaced. I highly recommend Smoothie king in Hammond La. One by the mall or the one close to Walmart. The crew is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Smoothie is ????????!!
