I have ordered from Marco’s on numerous occasions and enjoyed there pizzas and they have always delivered within a reasonable time, however today was absolutely unacceptable. We ordered the large bbq chicken pizza with a soda and was told it would take 45 min to an hour. (Which is fair for delivery). So an hour goes by and we continue to wait for our food. We decided to call and see what the hold up was. I spoke with manager Hannah that told me our pizza just came out of the oven and should be here in 15 minuets, she also apologize for the wait and told me she will throw in cheezy bread too. So we continue to wait.... it has now been a hour and 45mins and still no food! At this point our frustration is at its limit. We call and ask to speak with manager Hannah, she again apologized and proceeded to tell us that the driver took someone else before ours! UNBELIEVABLE! So at this point I let her know that I will not be paying for the food and she agrees and apologizes once again. We finally got our order 2 HOURS after we ordered over the phone and the delivery man (Braiden) apologized and proceeded to tell me that someone that he worked with gave him the wrong address to another persons house. I then told him I already spoke to the manager and she told me you took someone else’s order before ours. Long story short he had nothing to say after that other than a apology. So I go to open my pizza and cheezy bread (starving at this point) and the cheezy bread was so greasy it leaked threw the box and threw the pizza box it was sitting on top of, as for the pizza, cold! Again I have order from Marco’s before with no issues but this is the last time I will ever order from here again! They definitely lost a good...
Read moreyet another update! For whatever reason, my husband decided that since I worked a late shift tonight he was just going to order from this ridiculous place. Guess what happened… it’s 9:51 and the pizza he ordered for himself and my kids WAS DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS AGAIN!!! We also found out that the driver that re-delivered our food the last tube didn’t get the tip we left, the kid that delivered to the wrong house was allowed to keep it. Such a joke! Update It’s now two hours later and they finally answered the phone. It was delivered to the wrong house. If the driver couldn’t find the house, they should have called like others have in the past. Totally completely done with Marco’s after this.
I’ve given them time to sort out the glitches since changing their online system and using DoorDash for delivery even when you order directly from their website. After tonight, we won’t be giving any more opportunities. For one thing, their confirmation email offers inaccurate estimated delivery times. Many times the website will say delivered under tracking before it has even left the store. Most other times the tracking option isn’t showing anything. Today was it though. I ordered at 6:03. The estimated time in the email said 6:32. The order tracker kept showing tracking info will be available after 6:02pm. At 6:47 it finally updated to its on the way. Here we are, 7:32 and there’s still no delivery. Just save your money and go somewhere else. Brooklyn Pizza...

We ordered pizza and the young lady who delivered it called me on the phone & told me I needed to come downstairs and get my food or she was gonna leave it cause she didn’t know how to use the call box or was just damn lazy. I told her I wasn’t coming to get anything, that’s why it’s called delivery & I gave a generous tip. She replied she was taking it back to the store. Very rude, very disrespectful, very unprofessional and I know it was laziness because we’ve had Marco’s deliver straight to our door. I know one thing when she got back to that store, she should have been clocking out cause what she did was totally unacceptable and obviously she doesn’t want her job. I appreciate Alexis the manager claiming to make it right but I know all my money, including tip needs to be back on my card. Making it right is to dismiss her cause she’s gonna make business bad for you guy’s cause I can assure you me and my family want be ordering there no more & want be recommending it either. I called Dominoes like I should have from the beginning and guess what they came straight to the door with no problem and a great attitude…..Make it make sense why she couldn’t have done...
