Honestly really disappointed, not even worth a star!! I really loved Starbucks an i use to spend ALOT OF MONEY. I have a Starbucks Gold account been a member for 6 years now an currently with 1700 stars. ( I horede them😂) but anyway since moving to crestview from Panama my passion has died they need to get corporate down to this store an do a customer service / store revamp!! Because this store is Atrocious every time I go in I get horrible customer service ,dirty looks ,and my drink is always made wrong, an forget ordering a frappuccino because its NEVER MADE RIGHT, an not to mention I have to wait more than 20 minutes for my drink and even longer if I'm in the drive-through that's why I take my time park and walk in but it's still long however It really doesn't matter because either way it's a long wait an eight times out of ten my drink is completely wrong or messed up some how. I'm saddened that I had to move due to the hurricane because the tyndall parkway store in Panama city was absolutely amazing Every time I walked into the store or went through the drive-through they knew my name by heart and greeted me with the most amazing smiles an welcoming staff. Being such a long time customer an fan of Starbucks my love for it is dead due to this store it is unfortunate that I write this but I am currently In the process of cashing out my stars and deleting my Starbucks account it's just not worth the wasted money an the efforts to deal with this store anymore. The staff are incredibly efficient, and honestly, such a vibe (iykyk). They were not just friendly and welcoming, but fun and personable. Whilst still incredibly professional and amazing at what they do, it felt like you were being served by 'real people' and not just staff, if that makes sense? They also clearly love the art of being a barista, with our server enthusiastically offering to make my husband a 'custom drink' when he couldn't decide what he wanted; she asked him questions about his general flavour preferences (i.e. sweet vs. not sweet, strong vs. weak, hot vs. cold, etc) as well as any allergies or intolerances that needed to be acccomodated for. It is worth noting that my husband is quite 'regimented' in his coffee orders (nearly always orders one of two drinks), so for the staff member to easily 'convince' him to try something new speaks volumes of her customer service skills. To boot, my husband enjoyed the beverage so much that he has kept the order sticker, and taken a photo of it on his phone to have a back up copy, so he can order it again!
This review is based on my first and only visit to this Starbucks location (store 14328), but it has honestly changed (positively) my view of Starbucks venues as a whole. Read moreA barista called out a name for an order and put another drink next to it that didn't even belong to the order! Of course the person thought it was their entire order, took the drink that was not hers, put a straw in the drink, realized it wasn't part of their order and handed the wrong drink over to the person it was originally intended for. The barista saw this knowing that these people were not together! Disgusting and a clear health violation. That drink should have been tossed out and a new one made! Also, why ask for a name only half of the time? Sometimes I get asked and they don't even write it on the cup! Writing names on all drinks could eliminate the confusion for customers and baristas! For $6-7 per drink, they need to be correct every time and given to the right person every time. With my job, our company expects 100% accuracy and will take nothing less! Starbucks should not accept anything less either. And in response to the other person's comments about the drive thru being slow, absolutely correct! Either order with your app or plan on waiting a very long time in the drive thru. Morning weekday crew is always the fastest!
