Taco Bell — Restaurant in Crestview

Been happily coming to this location pretty consistently for the past 2 years with minimal issues. A few of the original staff are quick, polite and generous with portions and would occasionally greet by name and give regulars the hook ups with drinks, this location was great....Assuming it's the newly hired employees that started to consistently mess up A LOT of my (and friends) orders recently and just generally not fully paying attention to customers in store and at drive thru. Was overcharged for 2 freeze on a order that we did not ask for nor want and instead of making things right and giving us the correct drinks we asked for as a replacement (like every other restaurant does when they're incompetent staff takes the order wrong) we were rudely told we would have to pay again for the cheaper fountain drinks we originally wanted and verbally ordered and never got the drinks. It's disappointing that I won't be coming to this location as often anymore if at all but they have wasted too much of my time and money to keep returning for half filled orders with missing items consistently, unless they start to do better and treat customers better when they are at fault for their mistakes.

Update decided to come back after months and surprise surprise no improvement, the girl at the drive through simply cannot get orders right even after all this time of working there, just ordered a new burrito to try and got a taco instead not even worth my time to even try to go back and get the correct...

My husband and I have been riding for 5 hrs so we decided to stop to get some Taco Bell. I have worked at Taco Bell and I know what is and isn't acceptable when it comes to customer service. My receipt says Kristina B. but the young lady that served my husband and I was awesome and would be a reason to return. On the other hand, upon leaving my husband said he wanted some Verde sauce and was told it was in the bag by a not so friendly line worker (light-skinned I believe, doesn't like his JOB too well) as we looked in our bag there was no Verde sauce. My husband proceed to ask for two please and the response from the boy was you can only have one the other costs.... my husband says it doesn't matter I will pay and I asked how much is it.... the response was "IDK" as he hands my husband the requested sauces and rudely walk away. My husband responds obviously it doesn't matter either as we are leaving the counter. There is a way to speak to people you don't know vs your friends we are are not friends so there should be training on the prices to all employees and customer service for line workers that are not meant for the front line because they still interact with customers. Everything was tasty until I reached my chicken quesadilla there should have been an evenly distributed amount of meat and cheese and cut into four. What I got was three pieces with meat and cheese in only 2 parts the other piece...

Each one of these five stars is because of Adam who has no idea how much his excellent customer service and kind heart blessed me.

Long story short, Hurricane Ian hit my sister's and niece's homes and flooded them. I sent all of my extra cash to them forgetting that two bills would be deducted from my account on the first thus leaving my account in the negative.

I found $9 in my glove compartment. I had to choose between a little more gas in the car or a cheap meal. I'm somewhat fluffy so, of course, I chose the meal. Adam took my order which included a happy hour drink. I thought it was $1 it was actually $1.29. I asked him about the $.29. He said, "What's $.29? I'll cover the $.29" I said, "okay" and pulled up to the window. I handed him the money. He refused it. He handed me my order and said that he paid for the meal. I said, "Really?" He responded, "Yeah." I said, "Thank you. God bless you." He replied, "God bless you, too."

When devastation hits you, it's hard to be thankful. When devastation hits your loved ones who are just out of your reach, it's almost unbearable. Adam's kindness not only fed me and put gas in my car, it also gave me reason to bless God and be thankful during a very difficult time.
