7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Crestview

Some will say “oh I’m picky about my coffee” and I am definitely one of those people lol Honestly I don’t know where to start. Price! The price is a tad higher than some other places but I can wholeheartedly assure you that it is worth every single penny. Portion size! The sizes they offer aren’t anything to structure nose up at either. When you ask for a large, please be expecting exactly that. A large cup of perfection lol. Variety! Weather you want something nice and smooth or something that will fuel a f-35 fighter jet (jokingly) from coffees to other options, you can definitely find exactly what you want with the option to tweak it and make it however you want it. And the staff and atmosphere? You could be having a really bad day and feel like it’s not going to get any better but the staff at this location in crestview is just the cure for that with their happy and genuinely upbeat attitude and vibe…. You know I can honestly sit here and go on and on about why 7brew in general but especially the crestview team is the best but that’s not gonna do any justice. You’ll just have to see for your self. And then you’ll see why this is the only coffee...

With Starbucks out for remodel, I decided to make a stop at the other local coffee shops. I was a regular at Dutch Bros in Colorado and 7 Brew is modeled after them so I was hopeful… until I received my “cold brew.” It is not actually cold brew. It’s pre-made coffee that sits in the fridge. If cold brew is made that way, I can guarantee that their espresso is also premade and off to the side for quick distribution.

I waited 17 minutes for my cold coffee which meant I was waiting with the attendant for more than 7 minutes where she’s trying to chat with me. Forced conversation/small talk is my least favorite thing in the world. Dutch Bros moved quicker than 17 minutes so the small talk was always worth it because I was out before they were able to ask the 2nd question. If the coffee is from the fridge, I was confused why I sat there for so long. (Pro Tip… you can see the kitchen from the lane 🤷🏽‍♀️)

All in all. Do better. For coffee lovers who have high coffee expectations… we know when we have a fake cold brew. There’s a huge opportunity to gain customers who are Starbucks fans and 7 Brew is...

Yall start doing good and then yall are back at it. Today at 11:00 AM we ordered our usual, pulled up and paid, received our frozen drink that was hardly frozen, gave me a milk shake lid, gave my daughter a normal lid. Then we took a drink and my daughter could not taste the peppermint in her drink and the the girl said wait one second and asked it peppermint was put in it ad the black girl with the orangish looking hair and a bull ring in her nose said yes we put enough, and the girl who gave us our drinks said we'll can we add some more and the girl with the orangish hair rudely said "No because she drank out of it and then walked away while the girl who was helping us was asking if we they could make another. Al I said to the girl helping us was "don't worry about it she is being rude anyways.
