Seoul Taco — Restaurant in Crestwood

So I’m mad and it’s probably the straw the broke the camels back, but I just hit my limit tonight. I really like the food at Seoul Taco, which is why I’ve let my frustration get this far but I’m just fed up and not in a belly full of delicious food kind of way. I am so freaking sick of my order being wrong, poorly prepared or missing items that I paid for. I would say my order is wrong 90% of the time I visit and that’s me giving grace, because I cannot remember a SINGLE EXPERIENCE MY ORDER HAS EVER BEEN RIGHT. I order from the Grove location at least monthly and have probably visited this location specifically at least 30 times. Tonight it was just the sauce that I paid for that was missing, and that happens 100% of the time I order it. But in the past I’ve received the entirely wrong order, missing OG kimchi, missing kimchi fried rice. Entire entres were missing for people ordering with me. Modifications made on the app will not be followed, and I give grace for that too because I feel like that’s a common occurrence across the board. But it is never busy when I come in. It’s not rocket science to check items off a receipt before closing the bag. Maybe it’s on me for not checking sometimes, but honestly I shouldn’t have to! Order accuracy is part of what I’m paying for. I’m not asking for service that I wouldn’t provide myself if the tables were turned. I’m mad because I do love Seoul Taco but I’m made to feel angry every time I go and I’ve given 29 second chances at this point because I believe that nothing is perfect, but this is unacceptable. PLEASE don’t make me stop coming, I don’t want to. But I’m so tired of feeling upset every time I go because I’m losing money or someone in my party is going without their dinner because the order wasn’t checked. It's nice going into Schnucks at Crestwood to the food hall as they have several places open now. Seoul Taco is the first one I've stopped at to get lunch. Sorry, I didn't get a picture of their pot stickers. You get 3 for 6.50, which I find a little overpriced compared to the 6 I get at Sesame Seed for the same price. My suggestion on the pot stickers as they are tasty but lack the veggies you get in pot stickers. I haven't tried my steak quesadilla - made with Jack & Cheddar Cheese, lettuce, sour cream, and a mix of Seoul Sauces, which they put on the side Your choice of meats are steak, chicken, and pork, plus you can add extra meat. Next time I'll take a picture of their menu. My apologies. When I have it for dinner I'll be sure to update my review for you all. The other places in Schnucks food hall are: Oh Hey Barbecue by Salt & Smoke. I might have to try their burnt ends Ravoli. I hate to give this review cause this is one of my favorite places in Saint Louis, but the last time we ordered from here I got a burrito with extra chicken and extra beef and I didn't get extra beef. When he called up I promise he was patient (I was listening in on the call) but eventually the lady on the phone started giving him attitude. All we asked for was the money back on my extra beef cause I'm not tryna walk all the way up there. Lady starts YELLING at me cause I just wanna get my damn dollar back for the extra beef and this whole time I'm thinking "what the hell did I do?", eventually she HUNG UP on us!
