Panera Bread — Restaurant in Crestwood

The Panera’s up the street of my house has a drive through. I had signed up for a rewards membership online, and have been keeping an eye out for deals without success. Even the BOGO offers are, buy one get one half off… not great considering their sandwiches are already pricey. This morning I was already out and thought I’d pickup breakfast at McDonald’s on my way home. There weren’t any good rewards, so I thought I’d give Panera’s a try, a tall latte sounded really good. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a large latte- $16. Three dollars off any breakfast sandwich , it came to just over $13. The latte was just over half way full?!? Even the cup is smaller! The everything bagel sausage egg cheese sandwich was good, but the bagel was too much, it overwhelmed the sandwich. The sausage egg and cheese didn’t fit. Don’t let the drive through fool you, Panera’s is an upscale coffee sandwich place. Their coffees have shrunk, they’re still very good so are Mickey D’s. For a quick cheap...

Extremely slow service. I’ve visited this location a total of 3 times and each time it took about 15 mins for single items. Once I ordered a bagel; simply sliced in half-11min wait. The second time I ordered a cinnamon crunch bage at approx 7:45am ;I over heard the employees speaking amongst themselves saying they didn’t have any cinnamon crunch bagels but instead of telling me they kept making orders . So after a couple of mins I told them to just give me a plain bagel. My last and final time ; I was the only customer in the store ; I had ordered a breakfast steak , egg and cheese sandwhich . It took 15 mins and the egg looked green around the edges. I know the photos online don’t always look like what they advertised but this looks worse than the “eggs” at McDonald’s. I will never visit this location again! A waste of money and time ; service is awful . No sense of urgency . Maybe for improvement hire more employees and try to keep...

I love the new Watson, Crestwood Panera location. I love that it’s kiosk, I love that their are tables, great food, great drinks, fast service, everyone is so nice and friendly. I know they have had staff quit and staffing issues. Please don’t change the hours. The last two days I went into this Panera they were closed. Sunday they didn’t open until 8, too late for me when we had to be in IL at 8am for a club soccer tournament. Today, I got there at 6:50am, after leaving planet fitness, we live in Crestwood crossing. The door was locked, their were people waiting in their cars in the parking lot and the doors were locked. It didn’t look like anyone was in the store. Please don’t change the hours. I love that you are open at 6am and everyday. I prefer Panera coffee over Starbucks coffee and love the sip club. People need the early hours before and after going to the gym, before their kids wake up and before going to the...
