Couldn't be worse. Last night their systems were down, so not taking orders, but at least they had employees out in the parking lot politely informing people they couldn't take orders. But tonight, at 11:10, when they're supposedly open til midnight every night, the employee (or employees) just locked the doors and ignored customers at the drive-thru. Spent 20 minutes trying to figure out how to get my dinner. Tried calling - no answer. Tried placing order online, but there was no way to check out from cart. Finally, with cars wrapped halfway around the building waiting to place orders, some rude woman comes out and yells "We're closed! There's just me and another girl here. Go home." Hopefully she'll be looking for another job tomorrow, which will be at least a step in the right direction. I worked a 12 hour day, and was looking forward to getting something to eat before I got some sleep and head back to work in the a.m. but all I got was a knot of frustration my stomach. Thanks for nothing Taco Bell.
Update: 6/14/22 Still awful. Ordered 3 taco Supremes w/no lettuce. All 3 had lettuce - more lettuce than anything else. Maybe 7 tiny pieces of tomato between all 3 combined. All 3 tacos were broken. One HAD A BLOT OF SOUR CREAM ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE TACO - BETWEEN THE SHELL AND THE PAPER WRAPPER, none in the inside. Have now been to this location 5 times in the past 30 days - twice got no food at all. Once my order was correct. Ridiculous way to run a business. I'm a single guy and I don't cook. I'd eat here gladly 3 or 4 nights a week, but it's really not worth the hassle. Update: 9/25 So I'd say this location has significantly improved overall. Food is Great, if you like Taco Bell. No issues there. I almost always use drive thru, and the line moves at a reasonable speed. You usually get what you order, for the most part. Read moreAt about 9:45 PM on 6/26/22, I placed an online order at this location totaling approximately $30. When I arrive, no one answers the drive-through speaker, so I pull up to the window and knock. Iris opens the window and tells me “we’re closed” with a raised voice in a blatantly disrespectful tone, clearly annoyed that I knocked on the window instead of just leaving. I respond to her by calmly asking what I am supposed to do about the online order I’ve paid for. At this point, Iris is shouting at me, having escalated from 0 to 10 in a matter of minutes. Her exact words to me were “I don’t think you understand what I’m saying, I don’t care whether you’re hungry or not, we don’t have enough employees so the rule is we have to shut down the store.” I responded by asking her to lower her voice and then I ask her what steps I need to take to get a refund for the $30 I had paid. She responds to my question in a loud, disrespectful tone “FIGURE IT OUT!” at which point she shuts the drive-through window in my face.
I wrote this review immediately after the incident so that I could give the most accurate account of what happened. I have never, ever been treated with this degree of disrespect in any restaurant I have frequented. I suppose tomorrow I will spend time “figuring out” how to get a refund And I can guarantee I will NEVER return to this location. Read moreSo I ordered a steak burrito one day and it was super cold and I had only 2 pieces of meat not even being dramatic I kept biting and never taste meat so I open it up there was 2 pieces of steak that was irritating..but my main issue I went to pickup an online order and when I arrive a guy said it's not up yet so when it was ready a girl employee grabbed food and said to him who does this go to he says loud the black lady 😐 I am black but did he need to point that out to the whole restaurant he could have said the lady in white shirt ,the lady with the blue hat because if I were Caucasian I doubt he would have said to the white lady ..I know to most it seems dramatic but honestly I just felt shocked I wasn't ever expecting to be called out like that especially when there are names on the orders 😐 I felt embarrassed there were other customers there and yes I was the only black person but who calls a customer by race? I think that was completely unprofessional and I hope he doesn't continue to call customers out like that .
