Dorothy's passion shines through in every bite of her sourdough bread! The Colombian Roscons with Bocadillo filling are a family favorite, and her flexibility in customizing to our dietary restrictions (no eggs) is truly appreciated. Highly recommend!

Bread and Bake has the best cheesy breads and delicious sourdough ever. I love how everything is freshly baked and uses clean ingredients. I have a gluten allergy and I was shocked that I was able to eat the sourdough without any issues. It's very hard to find freshly made bread that I can eat, especially breads like sourdough, so I am glad Bread and Bake is there. The cheesy bread is gluten free and they are SUPER addicting. Dorothy definatelly has a gift for baking! I was very excited to try her delicious Colombian inspired baked goodies. I picked up sourdough bread, sourdough croissant and arepas at her place and the smell of baked good was delicious. I couldn't help but eat all the croissants in the car on my way home. Her sourdough bread is very unique as the yeast she uses has been a family tradition for many decades. I highly recommend you try it if you enjoy traditional home baked bread....
