Pizza World — Restaurant in Missouri

Update: it’s so sad how I feel like I can’t order food from anywhere anymore without the quality being poor. It’s not even that my expectations are high. I just wanna get what I paid for. I found a hair on the pizza (are they not wearing hair nets? Ew) and the Doritos were completely forgotten. They had my husband drive back just to get the Doritos to put on our pizza which I found ridiculous. This pizza just looks sad & thrown together. Its also not cooked long enough, the cheese is toasted, but the crust is soggy and floppy. They were busy so maybe thats why.

I love this place. We usually do pick up, but one night I had to do delivery. The delivery dude was so nice, I really appreciated his friendliness as he handed me my pizza. It’s rare to come by people who don’t come off as hating their job. He was cheery. The main reason I’m leaving a review. It was still super hot when it got here too. (He was working sat. 2/19 around 9:30 pm if management sees this!) i wish i woulda tipped him more.

Okay, about the pizza….I do love the pizza! This is our go to pizza place. The ingredients are fresh & its made well. Sauce, bread, toppings, all good. I usually pick the sausage off of my supreme pizza but i like theirs. Crispy but soft at the same time. We’ve tried a few different kinds too. We’ve also gotten the toasted ravioli several times, most times we order. Super good. Great price. Glad i found this...

Don’t waste your time at this place. Their staff is clearly not informed. We decided we wanted to dine in today and their employees failed to inform us that they do not serve the pizza as most pizza places do at the table. The manager, Kyle (Caucasian man) was sarcastic and rude and said, “ he could not do anything about it.” I have never encountered such a rude manager. As a manager one should educate their employees if they do not offer in restaurant dining along with table service. Who has ever heard of boxing the pizza up and bringing it to the table and offering paper plates?! At this point you might as well be a carry out joint and remove all the tables from the restaurant instead of misleading your customers. Will never come here again due to the customer service and do not recommend. There are so many better pizza places in STL. Creve Coeur is by far the busiest and somewhat upscale area where a certain standard of service is expected. Wow! A great little pizza place on Olive and what a find! Service was excellent and attentive. I stopped in to order and take out a pizza. The staff was super friendly and kept me updated on the status of my pizza. The pizza was fantastic - more of a Chicago/pan style with lots of cheese that was fun to eat (see my pictures). Will definitely be stopping by there again. There's a lot of pizza places on Olive - this is my new favorite! Oh, and one more thing that's just a super nice touch... there's a white placemat / doily / liner (not really sure what to call it) that sits between the pizza and the cardboard takeout box so the pizza doesn't get stuck to the box. 5 stars just for that - shows the kind of attention to detail...
