Food is GREAT! But it does not make up for the severe lack in service. You walk in and no one is there to greet you so you stand around waiting to order. Then realize you have to order on the kiosk instead of face to face. Still asks for a 18% tip though! There’s no cups for drinks or even water. Half the tables are not cleaned and boxes are laying around the room like someone was prepping the to-go boxes and left midway through. The lady comes out with your order and immediately turns back to the back kitchen. We had a very small issue with our order and waited for her to come back out for about 5-10 mins. She finally did and looked at us like we were crazy and said she knows she gave that item to us. Told us the sauce she gave us was queso, which it was totally not any type of cheese queso I’ve ever seen and that the Aztec sauce we got was actually the Fajita sauce? So we said whatever it’s fine, we don’t want to deal with the rude looks she was giving us at that point. Then continued to give us dirty looks the next time she came out of the kitchen when someone had a pickup order and they had waited over 10 mins there. I would go back just because the food was good but I doubt this place will stay alive if it continues...
Read moreI don't know if it was just bad service or racial. However, I should not have had to wait almost 30 minutes for 2 quesadillas. While the people who came about 10 minutes after me got there order handed to them while they were still standing there. The cashier walked away from me while I was placing my order to take care of someone else. It wasn't n emergency by the way. When I called to speak to the manager it turned out to be Ben one of the owners. He wasn't the slightest bit concerned n thought it was funny that I want my money back for receiving bad service n having my time wasted like that. That's 30 minutes that I'll never get back. All I wanted was to make the complaint n get my back from them for bad service. His response to me was you must be having a bad day before getting there. Actually my day was great until he spoke like an idiot with no scruples. After dealing with them my day was still great. The food isn't all that good but is fine in a pinch. I've heard some bad things by word of mouth about the service there but never had much of an issue until now. They need to not let Ben talk or interact with customers. Bad call! Read moreI’m reaching out to share a very disappointing experience I had with the employees working the Sunday night shift at your location. I placed an order for a quesadilla without bacon, but when I got home, I discovered that it had bacon on it anyway. I had to drive all the way back to the restaurant for a replacement due to this mistake.
When I arrived, I politely asked if I could receive a drink for the inconvenience, but the employee responded rudely, saying she “doesn’t pay for anyone’s gas.” When I asked for her name, she refused to provide it and then proceeded to flick me off. I was shocked and deeply offended by her behavior, which made me feel discriminated against and completely disrespected.
As someone who has worked in customer service for over five years, I understand that mistakes can happen—but how they’re handled matters. This was by far the poorest customer service experience I’ve ever had, and I don’t believe someone with that attitude should be working directly with customers.
