This is an Aldi's grocery store. Ever been to Aldi's before? Then you know what to expect, it's Aldi's. I don't really see this Aldi's as being any different than any other Aldi's I've ever been to. Never been to Aldi's before? It's a low price grocery store where you bring your own bags, bag your own groceries, have to use a quarter to get a shopping cart (but you get it back if you return it), anything to keep prices as low as possible, which they are. Not the greatest selection-wise, but that's kind of the point, it's all of your basics in one smallish store. Easy in, easy out. Just be prepared to bring your own bags, or you have to buy them when you get there, or just have all of your groceries loose, or grab a few cardboard trays to throw them in, whatever you feel like. Besides groceries, they also have an aisle with random low priced stuff for your home. The items in this aisle switch up often, and I've actually purchased quite a few things for cheap this way. Today I bought some cute ankle high rubber garden boots for 12 bucks. Some random bargains I've found there and purchased in the past include a thermos, knock-off Ugg boots, and even a bookshelf (among other things I can't remember right now). If you haven't been to Aldi's in a while, you should really come back and give it another chance. Aldi's used to be seen as kind of a low-quality place with low-quality stuff, but whether or not that was actually true in the first place, they really have great, inexpensive stuff there. It's a good first stop for when you go shopping; get whatever you can there for cheap, and then go to a regular grocery store for any more niche or specialized items that...
Read moreI’ve been an Aldi customer for over 10 years and have always appreciated the value and quality. Unfortunately, my experience at this location has been very disappointing over the past two years.
I used the grocery pickup service several times and each time my order was not ready on time. On two occasions I waited over 20 minutes, only to be told no employee was available to bring my groceries out and I needed to go inside myself. When I went in, I was incorrectly told the problem was with my phone, even though I had followed the instructions.
I originally switched to pick up because shopping inside had also become difficult: pallets left blocking aisles, self-checkout problems, and very little customer service available at the front of the store.
I did receive a call from Aldi corporate saying the store would follow up, but nobody from the store ever contacted me. I’ve since started shopping at another Aldi location where the experience has been much better.
This store needs serious improvement in customer service and...
Read moreLimits limited selections of most food types and that they only carry a few brands which sometimes fluctuates depending on what they can get for a good price. There are a lot of vegetables and produce that I'll seem fresh. Everybody bargains around the store if you know the price of a simpler product elsewhere. It is not always the brand name you are used to buying. There are a lot of off-brands which are as good or better than many of the floor expensive groceries in town such as their Moss Keller chocolate bars and Tuscan Garden Italian salad dressing. There's a wide selection of fresh pizzas to be cooked at home as well as frozen pizzas. They are starting to carry some ready to eat meals as well. There is mostly a lower end selection of wines and a selection of cold beers and other beverages including dairy products. Their me at is always fresh with the date marked the selection of variety is limited and that is how the keep their meat prices down. The only sell...
