I am so impressed with the customer service at Bella Chic! I ordered a Susan Shaw necklace from them last fall and after wearing it a few times (less than 5), it broke. I contacted the store and they arranged shipping for me to send it to them and they coordinated the repair with Susan Shaw. I just received my repaired necklace today!
