I placed a delivery order and spent quite a bit of money to feed my family and myself. The woman who placed the order barely spoke English. The food was delivered within 40-45 minutes I live not even 5 minutes away which wasn't a big deal. I ordered the calamari salad and they messed up my order and gave me a salmon salad instead. Not only did they get some of my order wrong the fried food tasted and looked like it had been sitting under the heating lamp for too long. I called right away telling them my order was messed up the same lady that took my order answered the phone did acted like she didn't know what I was talking about. She handed the phone to some other woman who's English was even worse and I proceeded to tell her my order was messed up she didn't get what I saying I had to keep explaining the situation she was rude and was not willing to cooperate and started yelling at me. She finally said she would deliver the correct food and told me it would be there within 40 minutes. I said no no it doesn't take 40 minutes to deliver a salad.. she said ok then 15 mins. She said she would credit my account and she never did. I asked to speak to manager and she said there was none. I laughed because in the food industry there is usually always a manger around. Yeah, not ordering from this place again. To top it all off after I got the correct salad I got food poisoning people in the food business really do mess around with peoples food. Said I would get a refund but NEVER did. Vowed to not order from here again. Last night, my father asked to order from here. Against my better judgement, I placed the order to make my 72 year old father happy. Food arrived late, there's a shocker. Then there's a piece of plastic in the food! I called immediately and was told there is no manager at the restaurant. How is that even possible. I stated that my father deserved a refund since there was a chunk of plastic in the food. I was NEVER offered any apology but was told they could remake our food. I declined since it was obvious that they don't care what ends up in the food. They said they would refund but I was not going to give my dad's card information to just anyone so I drove to Chen with my dad's card in hand. The lady at the desk didn't even apologize just tried to tell me that the plastic was from a container that they use. That's fabulous because my dad's food was in a box! She then asked if I brought the food back so they could give me a refund. Um, no, no one told me to bring it and I had planned on tossing it the minute I got home. Managed to get the refund but it took them like 10 minutes to figure out how to refund the card. My father is retired and a veteran who deserves better than plastic container pieces in his food! My dad could've choked on this or it could've cut his mouth. Shame on you Chen's!!!!...

I’ve ordered from here for years and always the same thing (crispy honey chicken with fried rice) the chicken is always fresh, crunchy, and covered in delicious honey sauce. yet, the last 2 times i’ve ordered in the last 2 weeks, i’ve been very disappointed. first of all, there is barely any sauce on the chicken. out of the whole dish only a few pieces have sauce on them which is just unappetizing. also the chicken is soggy and is equivalent to when i reheat my leftovers from the night before. that’s the quality i’ve noticed lately and it’s honestly ridiculous. i’m paying almost $17 for one meal for it to be so incredibly mediocre. clearly something in the kitchen has changed, and they need to fix it. this used to be one of my favorite places to eat, now i’m just honestly just grossed out while eating. def won’t be coming back any time soon. i do not recommend spending...
