McDonald's — Restaurant in Cudahy

I'll give this a one star, just because that's the lowest and because the fries were packed well well packed. But. Here's what went on today. So, I ordered on the app, and I waited at least, 20 mins at the pickup, the drive thru was slow as heck too, so I can't complain about waiting for so long.

They gave us our box of13 cookies in a breakfast plastic platter!!

I said, dang, I thought no breakfast after 2 p.m.!!

But nope. It was my 13 cookies.

Theeeennnn!!!! I see my peppermint frappe was missing! When I open the sealed bag, I mean super sealed bag, I see there isnt a peppermint frappe, but a whoknowswhatfrappe. And I asked why was the frappe in a bag??, it was just one... And that's when it hit me, they wanted me to get back to my destination, and unseal the bag, and find out there was no peppermint latte!!

What a rip!!

But, be as it may; I'm sticking the the McDonald's on Florence Avenue.

The one here on The Corner of atlantic, was so unprofessional and just ridiculous!!

I would say something else that we saw here, but that's not the point of...

Super busy always pact I came because surprisingly I saw no line I've always had issues every now and then with the employees either messing up my order or taking too long so I decided to go yesterday and I ordered through drive through so the guy tells me to pull up to the first window I seen no one there so I went to the second window I was giving the lady my money and shes gives me an attitude saying there's no box there I had to pay in window one, anyways she ends up taking my money gives me my food with no napkins, ketchup, or barbecue she closed the window. And im trying to get her attention through the window i can see her staring at me until she finally opens it she just stares at me and doesnt say anything, when she gave me the ketchup most of them fell on the floor she didn't bother to say sorry or even give me more and she just closed the window, horrible service never coming...

I am super pist off . I walk into this restaurant and I order the 2 for $5 deal . It's on the damn window. So the cashier says she is gonna ask cause it's not listed. So she calls the manager and I tell her there is a sign and I want that she said its $10 . $ 5 for each big mac with tax $6 and change . So I said no the one on the window she said ther is a sign on the window with that I said yes. It's on there she well its $10. So I said never mind and I'm walking away and she is talking me to the cashier. And this lady is manager here she was so freaking rude didn't even worry about what I was talking about or bothered to check or fix the situation. I grew up at this McDonald's.
