On a short road trip back from Birmingham, AL to Murfreesboro, TN. Stopped here for a quick bite to eat. The young man at the counter , Nathan, was the rudest person I believe I have ever encountered at a fast food resturant. As my wife approached to give her order, he was mumbling about his day being awful and then asked her if it was for here or to go. My wife did not know exactly what she wanted yet so she was still looking trying to decide. Nathan then said, " I asked you if this was for here or to go and you are just standing there." Well obviously my wife didn't like his comment but refrained from saying anything other than, I'll take a roast beef slider and a small fry. She walked away and the little brat said well I still don't know if this is for here or to go. Guess you had to be there to hear the tone he had and the disrespect he presented to an elder and a customer. That's not the only issue we had with him but it's just too long to tell the whole story. LONG STORY SHORT, NATHAN, NEEDS TO LEARN RESPECT...
Read moreArby's on 157. They just remodeled and we used a coupon they sent in the mail for promotional reopening. The guy at the window was rude when the price came up wrong and said what do you want me to do about it?! That's what the computer says. The manager came up to fix the price but it was wrong too. We stopped going before the remodel because the service was so terrible. I guess it's not any better just because they made it prettier.
Update: the manager on duty corrected the experience. For people who work somewhere using a cash register and dont know how to do basic math...saying, what am i supposed to do about it is never the correct answer for a customer. The extra $2 wasn't the point. The point was that we wouldn't have tried it again because of previous past bad experiences if it wasn't for the promotional coupon. I don't care what your computer says, i don't care how you arrive at the discount, just make it right. If you can't do basic math, stop applying for jobs where it's a...
Read moreDefinitely will not be stopping here when we come through Cullman. Thought they must have had to cook it fresh... But unfortunately, I have no idea why we wasted 30 minutes at a drive thru especially seeing as we were 2nd in line. The fries were cold and the Philly cheesesteak tasted like hot pocket filling in a bread that was microwaved too long- to the point that the bread was rubbery yet the sandwich was mildly warm at best. (Note to self- don't go to Arby's and order cheesesteak.) The slider buns have changed, I guess because they weren't the buns that Arby's used to use, so our daughter barely ate anything. After a very long day and hours of driving and and more left to go, plus it being late for our dinner... Just about anything should have tasted amazing... But this wasn't it. I didn't even know you could mess up Arby's especially if you had that much...
