Just had a hankering for ice cream after a long day of riding around applying for available places to rent, which is very rare in this county, so the family and I decided to get some ice cream. To make a long story short the drive thru was busy but moved along really quick and the reason why I found out when it was my turn to order. Anyway, before I could get the complete names of the items out of my mouth to order, the drive thru employees manning the headset would cut me off and press for my next order. Even tho kinda short and rude in nature she was fast and efficient and it worked to get us moved along as I guess she had been doing all along and that was why the line moved so fast. My only complaint would be I felt my order was only half complete because I was rushed with each ice cream item ordered was hurriedly pushed into my hands only half complete. Each item had no lid and we wasn't offered, handed or even given time to ask for any napkins. Who don't hand napkins when you've just gotten a butt load of ice cream for a car load load of children. Anyway the experience was ok I guess. A sticky mess but it was survived. I'd suggest completing the process of each order along with the speed and it would be ok I guess. I really didn't care for my cheesecake blizzard that I had gotten but that is another story for another day and...
Read moreI ordered a blizzard a few weeks back and it was definitely more like a cup of ice cream. Didn’t say anything that time. I went in again this evening, and I ordered the same blizzard. Again, it was like a cup of ice cream with a few sprinkles of what makes it a blizzard. The quality for the price was unacceptable. I was told I could drive 8 miles back into town and they would remake it. I was really not wanting to drive back, but I did. The remake was the same. I went back into the store and said I’d just like my money back. Then the manager in the green shirt who never introduced himself nor had any customer service skills was so rude. Supposedly I was refunded my money back on my debit card. It did not go back on my card. So they took my money. Mr. Customer Service tried that “have a blessed night” phrase . Oh, we all know that Is the “bless your heart” phrase….multiple meaning. No sir….let’s not play that game. Just do your job and offer quality goods and quality service. Won’t be back. Sonic is just down the road. People are tired of paying for less than quality goods and no customer service. Just a very rude green-shirted manager who doesn’t introduce himself . I dished it back to him….no sir….you don’t get a pass on rudeness. Time for people to stop paying places money when they don’t offer the goods nor...
Read moreThey were out of like all the seasonal blizzards (which isn’t there fault for not having the ingredients) I ended up getting the chocolate dipped strawberry seasonal one and it was prepared incorrectly (had no cheesecake) I went inside and the guy was very sweet and had them remake it. Well then instead of no cheesecake this time it was cheesecake crumble (supposed to be pieces) on the top and no strawberry and just tasted like vanilla ice cream (which I know the base is vanilla but it’s supposed to have at least a hint of strawberry) Keep in mind while I was waiting for it to be made again (incorrectly) my other blizzard was in the car melting so I ended up having to go to the frozen yogurt shop to get all new ice cream for us because I didn’t want to bother them again if they were struggling to make it two times in a row. It’s not the fault of the guy who was up front he was very nice but I just think they need to be trained on how to make the seasonal blizzards better. They were nice and the service was fine they just need to have more guidance on how to prepare the new items I believe. I’ve had this dipped strawberry chocolate blizzard multiple times now but this was the first time getting it from this location and I was...
