Wife picked up 2 fancy nancys sandwich's, with sides, broccoli salad and a potato soup. Got it home and the containers had been stood on edge in the bag instead of flat. Both spilled out in the bag, was a total mess. The soup was in tact but the container was a mess as well. I called the store got to manager "A" , was apologetic, come in and we will replace your order sorry for the inconvenience. So 5 days later i make the 17 mile trip to town, 4:20 PM and go by. After 7 minutes at the counter (only person there other than a couple already eating) was finally served. Got to manager "B". Explained my issue. She offered the scoops of nancy. I told her it was an order with other stuff, sides included. Told them what manager "A" had said. Manager "B" said "A" was a shift manager and that she "B" would not approve a refill of the complete order since the soup had not spilled out. Not to make it an issue i said OK and purchased another soup. Got the replacement order home and the wife opened it up and there were the scoops of nancy, a pickle, a cookie and a stack of broken crackers, no sides. The food is great but can't say as much for this manager. If she does not want to provide customer service then she should work from home stuffing envelops. My wife may go by in the future but it's not a place i will frequent. It's not my fault she was ill and had to pull a long shift, in my experience that is part of the territory when you take on a customer...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of having Chicken Salad Chick in Cullman, Alabama, cater an event for me. Weddings can be a very stressful planning process. For several months I wrestled with food choices for my daughters upcoming wedding. I finally reached out to Chicken Salad Chick and within moments of doing so, Josh called me. Instantly, I was very much at ease and felt a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. Josh asked questions and took over the details. He was professional, kind and very understanding. On the day of the wedding, they catered and served in a safe manner while following the COVID guidelines. What started out to be the most strenuous detail of the wedding for me, (the mother of the bride) ended up being the thing that I could totally and completely be at ease with. I never once questioned Josh and his team's professionalism or their ability to handle our guests. What an amazing group of people. I would highly recommend them for any event that you need to have catered. Loved the opportunity to work with them. Thank you Josh! Lisa from the wedding at The Barn...
Read moreUpdated 6-15-23 won't be back, ordered the same broccoli salad as a side that I always order, in the drive thru, opened my food and I have some odd pasta salad instead. No big deal right? I'll just go swap it, but NO, according to the guy with a long pony tail , blue shirt and vest at the front counter, I supposedly agreed to pasta salad and that's what they had for me I had I to accept it, I was about in tears over how he was treating me, I didn't even place the order, I was a passenger, my daughter ordered for me, and never once did she mention pasta, but that guy was so rude and insisted that I had to take the pasta and I wasn't getting what I ordered and paid for. Finally after being talked down to for several minutes, a nice lady in a red shirt came over and told him it was fine and got me my broccoli salad, by FAR the worse fast food experience I've ever had...
