I’ve never been to one of these before, I must say it’s an awesome addition to the list of food establishments in this town. I love the concept, the theme, the decor, the food and the positive, radiant vibe the team gives as they serve this community. Great job! We had the chicken and waffles, chicken tenders and fries and a chicken salad. Superb.

Edited: As anyone who follows me knows, I just have a real hard time clicking that fifth star when reviewing fast food establishments. We don’t (well, I don’t) eat much fast food, and in my head when speed or large quantities are involved, it typically takes a toll on quality. I prefer to pregame with a light appetizer and cocktails and then work my way through a nice salad and soup and then lose myself in a rich entree usually steak or fish, & veggies in small portions and then find myself in a dessert that makes me forget my name and a coffee with a kick, and finally look at my watch and realize three hours have gone by, knowing my time and money were better spent than if I’d been at the spa soaking in salt or mud for the evening. I just love to savor and enjoy slowly. For this personal reason I’ve held back, somewhat, while gathering my opinions of fast food restaurants during my journey as a Google Local guide. All of that being said, I’ve taken the time to edit this review because after that cluckin awesome response, how could I ever expect them to work any harder for that fifth star?! Lord have mercy, was I really the only one to not leave five? Well .. campaign…over. Although it would be interesting to see how far these fun folks would go to get it, & I know it would be highly entertaining, I’ll consider the joy this response gave me-and the spirit of the highly motivated and driven staff and I’ll let them spend their time doing what they do best and that’s serving up some darn good chicken!! I’ve just enjoyed the heart and soul and clucking and all the spicy banter so much that I had a revelation, sometimes you just don’t know how awesome something really is until you’re forced to open your eyes and see the light and open your ears and hear the cluckin.. so five stars it is my friends and next time I’m hangry for a tasty quality meal cooked up just right, in a timely manner and served with a smile, I’ll come see you again. Oh my, those waffles really are something to write home about! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I like the way you think.. and cluck…. and just love that spicy, saucy attitude. I’ll be seein yall again!...

The wife and I stopped in for lunch. It was about 11 AM on a Thursday morning. We were greeted by Katrina who was behind the counter. The place was empty as they had just opened the doors. Very nice ambience inside. 3 televisions showing different programs. The decor on the walls was colorful and eye appealing.

I knew I was already thinking of getting Cole slaw with my meal, but Cole slaws can be hit or miss. I asked Katrina if I would have a small spoon full so I could try it. She didn't hesitate and got me a nice portion to sample.

My wife ordered the Chicken Sando Jr with waffle fries and a drink I ordered the 6 jumbo wings with Cole slaw

My wife LOVED her sandwich. For being a "jr." it was pretty dang big. The waffle fries had an amazing seasoning on them. She said they were now her favorite waffle fries. She got sweet tea with her meal, and it was southern sweet tea just the way it should be. She was very happy with her meal.

Now me.....the menu states and I quote: JUMBO WINGS. We'll let me tell you, they were some of the biggest wings I've had in a LONG time. I got them tossed in a honey BBQ sauce. They were tender and they were juicy. I got them breaded and they were just about the best wings I've ever had. The Cole slaw is made in house, and it was creamy and a little sweet (just the way I like it)

They offer a military discount for veterans, and they have outside and inside seating. They also offer to go service. They do have desserts on the menu, but the 6 wings and slaw filled me up. Next time I might have to try the banana pudding

Overall: Food was great. Service was great. Can't ask for much more than that. We will be back very soon I assure you. If you are close by, stop in and give this place a try. I don't think...

Visited today after reading great reviews and seeing the Hangry Joe's location while being at a business nearby.

Location is very clean and the customer service was excellent. We ordered Chicken bites and an order of mild wings. Got the order To-go. It was out in about 1 minute. We decided to eat in the car before going to an appointment at a business about 2 minutes away.

Upon opening the boxes, I was first of all not impressed with the portion size if the chicken bites. It looked like it was from the kids menu. And cost $9.00. The wings were decent size. The wings were coated in a dry rub, instead of wet, but that's OK with me. The biggest problems we had with both entrees was they were room temperature cold, and the chicken was super dry! It was approximately 4 minutes from the time the girl handed me the order until we opened the boxes. So it was cold when they gave it to me. There is nothing special about the chicken bites. The wings would probably be ok if they were hot, or at least warmer than room temperature.

In defense of the restaurant, I did not have time to return to speak with a manager about our food, so they had no chance to correct it. I also realize the hiccups of opening a new business, and it takes a little time to get everything right, so we will give them another shot sometime, and I will update this review Accordingly.

The reason for the 3 stars on this review is to give a legitimate review of our experience and make sure the owners/management know about our experience. I hope that I can update this to 5 stars...
