Worst experience EVER in an Arby's! The poor level of customer service was appalling. The young lady who took our order was totally untrained, ambivalent to serving us, acted like she could have cared less if she was there or not. She didn't know how to run the register, use the ordering system and when we paid cash, she couldn't make change because they had no $1 bills....hello 4 quarters! The food was extremely slow getting out and then was cold but she did nothing to help the staff in the back get the food to the waiting customers in the lobby. When it did finally come out and I told the manager who was obviously working the drive-thru only that their customer service was bad and pointed out that the girl was not helpful, his reply was 'she's doing the best that she can' and 'no yelling' even though I did not raise my voice and she was not doing "The best she could". If that wasn't bad enough, when I brought the sandwich back to them because it was not what I ordered and it was cold, the manager kept making snide remarks, overly and loudly thanking other patrons for being patient. How unprofessional! When the new sandwich came back, the manager literally tossed it across the counter and said nothing. I have eaten in this Arby's and others before, with different crew and never been given such horrible customer service. This is obviously the product of a poorly trained employee and a poorly run restaurant. I know help is short these days and good help is hard to find but this was just unacceptable. Arby's franchise should be ashamed...
Read moreThe person responding on the drive through wasn't outright rude but apathetic. The order was wrong, I wanted the sandwich with no mayo and the brisket incredibly fatty. The fries were greasy and short (broken from dropping them frozen mostly likely) and the drink I found later had some black "dirt"? at the bottom of the cup. Another local restaurant it'll be at least a couple years before I bother with, if ever.
Update: 10/18/2017. One Star. Thought I'd give them another chance. Person in the drive-thru was very pleasant and attentive although she had either poison ivy, scabies or psoriasis on her hands and probably should wear clear throwaway gloves. The fries were near ice cold despite having been cooked all the way through and the meat and cheese on the sandwich seemed hours old. I felt sick for a few hours afterwards but I was so hungry at the time I didn't throw it away. The drink was great but funny how that's the part with the least human...
Read moreFast food is always an exercise in limiting expectations. During a rush things might be slow, the quality doesn't quite look like the commercials, but ultimately it's tasty and hits the spot. This was NOT the case today.
A 15+ minute wait in the drive through to get to the window and watch as one employee handles the lid of our drinks like it didn't matter where he touched it and as another employee puts their water bottle in contact with the water dispenser to refill it was not a good start. Someone on the staff is commenting something about "spit in their food" in the background gave portents of what was to come.
We finally get our meals only for there to be a missing sauce (explicitly asked for) and, more problematically, the dregs of the batch of fries that were the whole reason we came there.
Not sure if this is representative of all Arby's, but as an experience for someone who hasn't been there in years it was far below expectations. 0 out of 10, will...
