★★★★★ – A Hidden Gem of Nostalgia and Flavor The staff here felt like family—so warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. The place has a cozy, classic vibe, complete with an old-school arcade machine (yes, even Pac-Man!). It brought back so many happy memories. I was instantly filled with nostalgia the moment I walked in. Now let me tell you about the pizza. I came in expecting your standard greasy, foldable New York slice—but oh no. What I got instead was a gourmet surprise: crispy, crunchy crust, the perfect amount of sauce, just the right cheese ratio—it was absolutely fantastic. Every bite was a treat. This place is truly a local treasure. Great people, amazing food, and a heartwarming atmosphere. I highly recommend it and can’t wait to go back again. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

First time I've been in here and I ordered a steak and cheese. It was over $10. Fine I understand prices have gone up. What wasn't fine was the two little slivers of steak on it. The bread was good, but I did not feel like it was a good value at all. It's not that it was bad, it just felt like I wasn't getting much for my money. I'm usually not hungry after I eat a 12-in steak and cheese, but there's usually a substantial amount of steak and cheese on a steak and cheese. It was more like a bread sandwich with some steak and cheese sprinkled on top. The atmosphere was cool it felt like 1980s. I won't waste my time or money at this place. I can get a better meal for The same or less.

Have never been. Got a medium 3 ingred pizza, $18!!! It wasn't pizza crust. Crust is supposed to stay flat, this dropped down like a wet noodle. There was an odd taste to the sauce but I can't put my finger on it. The cheese was very good. But the onions were just slices, making it EXTREMELY hard to eat, slopping all over the chin. Their boxes aren't big enough for the pizza as you'll see in the pix. At SOME point we'll find a good pizza in the Freddy/Culpeper area. Even the male, who NEVER complains about food, didn't like it.

So I read all of the previously posted reviews before trying put Pete's. I dined-in there on a Sunday afternoon.

Facility Their venue is quiet and clean. Retro 70s/80s furniture that would expect from a family-friendly restaurant. Nothing fancy, nothing horrible. They did have several arcade games and all of them appeared to be operational.

Customer Service It appears to be owned/operated by a husband-wife team. They were both behind the counter the entire time I was there. They weren't overtly friendly but they weren't hostile either. When walking in, I ordered and paid for my pizza at the counter. When my pizza was ready, I was expected to pick it up at the counter. The people who finished their meals before me took their trays up to the side counter so I followed suit. If you are expecting to be served at your table, this isn't the establishment for you. I purchased a fountain drink with my meal and it was filled from behind the counter. Im not sure if refills are free or not.

Food Based upon a review I read, I asked for extra sauce as theirs was reviwed as being on the light side. The pizza had a decent amount but it wasn't overflowing so if that's your thing you might want to specify. I ordered a pepperoni, sausage, and pineapple. It was decent. Definitely a pizza you want to eat hot. I wasn't crazy about the spice blend in the sausage but it was okay. No complaints about the pepperoni or pineapple. They did not skimp on toppings or cheese. The sauce didn't really sing out.

Overall I would eat there again if I was hungry and not looking to...

Best Pizza I have ever eaten. We love going to Pete's Pizza, The atmosphere is very family friendly and the owner's as well as the staff is great. They are very interactive with the customer's and give all their attention to each customer as if they are the only customer in the Restaurant. They do all this without ignoring anyone customer. Everyone that likes pizza should try Pete's at least one time and I guarantee you will not be disappointed in trying Pete's. As matter of fact, Pete's will be your new go to for Pizza!!! Love you guys at Pete's and I hope you guys stay there for many, many more families to grow up with knowing and enjoying the BEST PIZZA and LITTLE FAMILY RESTAURANT, Pete's Pizza. Thank you for being a part of the Culpeper Community and showing my family what a family Pizza restaurant is all about. Pete's also has a full menu of YUMMY Italian Meals and subs. (the spaghetti and steak and cheese subs extra yummy, I had to add these because they are also a family favorite of ours.) Everything is great, try it at least one time, you wont be disappointed.

Thank you to the Pete's Pizza Family for having a great family restaurant where we feel safe and at home when we are enjoying every meal we eat with your family. Thank you.

We love yall at Pete's Pizza THANK YOU!!

Visit today October 2, 2020. Passing through the Town of Culpeper after a long day of business and decided to stop at Pete's.

#1 NO MASKS worn by anyone, THE ENTIRE STAFF.

Older Gentlemen behind the grill preparing the food was hospitable and greeting. The older lady behind the grill preparing the food I must say has one of the most horrific, entitled, and unpleasant dispositions I have encountered in the fast food industry. A bit of advice, if you have a paying customer; effort required of you to be accomodating for a menial and miniscule request should be feasible without a plethora of questions as to why the customer would like something placed into this or that container. After all, the customer is paying for it!

After verbal sparring with older woman she commences to Say here you go Man? Not your order is ready, or thank you come again. Absolutely Nothing.

In this volatile economy every penny and dime makes a difference between being in the Red and the Black. A restaurant that sustains longevity or goes out of business.

Enjoy the revenue from my large purchase because I will never order or purchase from Pete's again. And, will certainly steer my clients from patronage of this eatery.

Deplorable customer service and attitude ruined my meal...
