If Hoderi (火照命), literally the deity of the bounty of the sea and goddess of the ocean herself came up out of the waters and took a day trip to L.A to eat here she would be like, “daaaamn shauuuwty“ .💖🔥🍣 I bless you with the magic of eternal unexpired parking Meter time. ✨ The decor is tropical and cute af, the vibe is right and the signature sushi specials are all tasty little nuggets from heaven. Even the basic sushi’s had legendary mp. I had the blue crab and it was full of fresh sweet delicious blue crab. The Manila roll was super good too. The salmon Avocado there was fresh the salmon was almost creamy with the ripe avocado. The OMG Crunch roll was Croonchy with some nice balance of spicy tuna some sweet eel sauce and Salty Furikake. Coming in hot was the Chili Garlic Roll. We’re talking chili oil spicy mayo sriracha garlic sause on spicy tuna! Too much? NO ABSOLUTELY PERFECT, the avocado and cilantro cut the heat and made it herbaceous. 10 out of ten would order again. The sushi were all winners so I had to try the Ramen right? First of all they have unique flavors I’ve never seen at a Ramen house like Ginger Paitan Tinola that like a super comforting Filipino chicken soup. A curry one with mala spice okaaaay, they are chefing it up over here. Once that was acknowledged I said let’s go classic with the Sapporo miso which is a Hokkaido style ramen except they serve it with lime and cilantro 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽🔥 I wasn’t even ready for that and then came sitting on top was this like Smokey savory slightly sweet chasu. Like damn…. If I had to describe this meal in one word that word is Excellence. So let’s talk about the vibe, yea they big chefing over here but what makes it really nice is that it wasn’t all pretentious, no, actually the people there were super humble and nice but still really bringing the service you would expect at a famous restaurant because the service was fast the staff was attentive and the courses came out in a good pacing. Overall a really great spot and I’m looking forward to seeing this concept continue to develop and bloom....

Wow... Just wow... This has taken the spot as one of my top 3 favorite sushi Spotd in L.A. a relative picked this up on the way to a family gathering. They said they were bringing sushi. What they brought was magic.

To say the food is great quality is an understatement. The secret flavor comes from the heart and soul of the sushi chefs who build these culinary works of art.

My preference to sushi is more traditional vs. the non-trafitional. Not that it's a bad thing. I just prefer less ingredients so I can focus on the fish and rice. Their westernized rolls(rolls with all that eel sauce and sauces/ca roll people like to drench their sushi in) are just as amazing as their traditional roles (rice/protein/wasabi/ponzu). I would eat anything here until my last day on Earth

I've ordered sushi to many restaurants between LA and New York for different occasions. Some mom and pop. Some known amongst many through news articles and influencer viral vids. I've had sushi delivered for lunch and said to myself, "Wow this is amazing I need to go there for dinner tonight... And try EVERYTHING" lol

This place was not hyped to us. It showed up and made it voice heard.

Was so good I had to go there in person the following week... The blue crab roll was my favorite.

Whenver any friend visits here in L.A. now and they say "I want to have some of the best sushi LA has to offer" this is going to be on top...

The restaurant is incredibly cozy, with beautiful and charming decor that blends Japanese and Hawaiian vibes perfectly. From the moment we arrived, the service was amazing, we were warmly welcomed and well taken care of throughout our visit.

We were two people and had the pleasure of being served by Margot, who was absolutely wonderful! She was very attentive, offered us some great drink options, and explained the highlights of the menu. The food was sensational, honestly, one of the freshest and most flavorful sushi experiences I’ve had in Los Angeles.

Their signature dish, the crème brûlée sushi, is a must-try! It’s unique, delicious, and incredibly fresh, something you won’t find anywhere else. The prices are also very fair for the high quality and presentation of the food.

Everything was perfect: the atmosphere, the service, the presentation, and the taste. We ordered two sushi rolls, and it was more than enough, we left completely satisfied. A wonderful restaurant that I truly...
