Rejuvenation — Local services in Los Angeles

We shopped here a week ago and purchased a bunch of stuff for our new home and one of the items we got didn’t fit our wall so we had to exchange it for a smaller size, the manager at the Culver City location “Kim” was extremely rude, and condescending. When I asked her if she could help me exchange the item for a smaller size she said that she can’t help me with an exchange and that I have to return the item first than she will find another worker to help me once I’m done with my return. Then she said shes unable to give us our money back because of some store policy that they are not allowed to give cash back when we paid in cash and that we have to get a check in the mail and shes not able to give us a date when we should expect the check. Absolutely horrible customer service and the store policy should be illegal, that fact that we gave the merchandise back but we’re not Getting our money back and don’t have a date when we will get out money back is insane! Her tone and attitude is not welcoming and she need to get basic customer service training. I’ve work in retail for 10+ years and this is not how you treat...

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Rejuvenation, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The store offers a fantastic range of high-end, stylish furniture and reasonable prices, making it easy to find pieces that fit both my taste and budget.

What truly stood out during my visit was outstanding customer service. Marie, the store manager, was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. She guided me through the various options, providing valuable insights without ever making me feel pressured. Her friendly demeanor and professional expertise made the entire process seamless and enjoyable.

So, several things:

1. Way overpriced. Look for salvage products if you're trying to achieve a certain aesthetic.
2. I was overcharged (online vs. in-store prices were different).
3. If I am carrying 13 pounds of merchandise, plus my handbag, coffee, and glasses, offer some assistance. Not one person said a single word to me until I was ready to pay and had to heft that 13 pounds onto the till desk. Employee Chris just stared at me, then asked if I needed help to my car. I told him I had carried all that stuff around the store for 30 minutes and could handle it. He VERY sarcastically told me to "have a nice day."

Many other reviews here say the same about the lack of customer service. Really, the store is not that great to warrant snotty attitude. IF i buy again, I will...
