In August I found a table on Harbour Outdoor's website and called right away to inquire about it. I emailed customer service and spoke directly to someone about the table and was told the stain I was interested in was sold out. I then called and spoke to customer service who assured me there was one table left in the other stain and they were due to receive it on September 21st. I ordered the table online right after hanging up and requested a delivery date of 9/28 and emailed the customer service rep I was working with to let them know I placed the order, and was assured my order was received. On September 24th I had emailed customer service again to ask about an update on the table since I STILL had not received confirmation or any information on my order. On September 25th I was informed it was pushed back to 11/30 because of delays in shipment. On October 6th I received a sales order confirmation receipt. A few days later, I received a call from Harbour Customer service saying that I purchased a table that was discontinued and that it actually was not going to be fulfilled. I was also told that next time I should call customer service to find out which tables were available before purchase... WHICH I HAD. I was given the choice to request a full refund or order another table. On October 10th I requested a refund and was told it would take about 30 days! The policy online states that returns and refunds can take up to 45 days. I requested it be expedited since the entire ordeal was entirely on Harbour's part and they could not provide a service I had already paid for. It is now November 30th and have not received payment. I just got off the phone with them again and was told it would be completed today after many ignored emails and requests for my refund. This entire experience is completely unacceptable....

While their designs are beautiful, they simply do not have the wherewithal to provide any type of customer service for their many errors. Items were ordered and wrong items were shipped. And it literally took over a year to get the issues sorted out and the correct items delivered. And this was prior to covid! Currently we are dealing with the same issue with them; new clients but same issue. Unfortunately this will be our last purchase from them.
