I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my profound disappointment and concern regarding a recent experience I had at one of your franchise locations. On 03/22/2024, I visited the Centinela Little Caesars to pick up an Uber Eats order, and unfortunately, my experience was nothing short of appalling.
Upon arrival, I was informed by a staff member that there would be a slight delay in fulfilling my order. Regrettably, what ensued was an excruciating wait of over an hour, during which time I observed a series of concerning and unprofessional behaviors within the establishment.
Most notably, the manager on duty exhibited behavior indicative of being under the influence of marijuana. Her demeanor was erratic, and she appeared both frantic and spacey throughout my time in the store. Despite customers, myself included, waiting for extended periods, she failed to effectively manage the situation, instead prioritizing tasks in a manner that exacerbated the already significant delays.
Furthermore, I was deeply troubled to witness instances of verbal abuse directed towards both staff members and concerned customers. Such behavior is entirely unacceptable and creates an environment that is not only unpleasant but also potentially harmful to both employees and patrons.
One particularly egregious example of misplaced priorities occurred when the manager interrupted the pizza-making process to attend to administrative matters, such as handing an employee their last check. This blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and operational efficiency only served to exacerbate the frustration felt by those present.
As a customer who has frequented Little Caesars establishments in the past, I am disheartened by the lack of professionalism and disregard for basic customer service standards exhibited at this location. I believe that such conduct not only reflects poorly on the individual franchise but also tarnishes the reputation of the broader Little...
Read moreThe first pizza I picked up had pepperoni added to it. I am a vegetarian. I had to make a special trip back to get the pizza made correctly. The reason I was ordering pizza was to rest and enjoy the evening. It took longer to order the pizza, pick it up, drive home, unload the car (I am on a second floor apartment and have no parking space so this is an ordeal), realized the order was incorrect, call to reorder, drive back, and then drive home and unload the car again. The 2nd pizza tasted perfumed, like they had dipped the dough in cleaning chemicals. I was afraid for my health to eat it and ended up just throwing it away. I do not think I will ever eat there again. I have enjoyed Little Caesars since going there in my childhood in the 1990’s, however the last experience made me realize it is total junk and a waste of time and money. The location on Centinela Ave NEVER has any cheese hot and ready available - you always have to order and wait. This is why I did not just order a hot and ready in the first place. It almost seems like discrimination towards vegetarians to never have any cheese hot and ready available, then to also add meat to the cheese pizza. I have sworn to never go back before. I must remember it is not real pizza. It tasted...
Read moreCecilia was rude and short tempered when she took my order. I ordered a supreme with pineapple. I told her the last 2 times I was there they got the order wrong and could she check it before she gives it to me. With attitude she said ok. I was told I would have to wait 15 min and I agreed. 17 min later she called my name and gave me the order. I opened the box and told her it was wrong. She walked away and ignored me for 3 min until I started shouting after repeating it was wrong several times. She never offered to make it right until I requested my money back. Than she said she could make another one and it would be another 15 min. I got my money back and left. When my friend who was with me placed his order she said the credit card machine was not working. She plugged it in and it worked. Than she took his card and put it under her apron as if she was scanning it under her apron. What is this? After reporting this to Little Cesars several times and asking them to contact me to discuss further, no response from them. They don't care for their customers....
