DO NOT EAT HERE! I went here with my boyfriend after not eating all day and got there at 3:40pm. We were sat and there were only 2 other tables. We got our drinks and sat and waited for our burgers. 2 big tables of 5+ same in 20 minutes after we ordered our food. Then another 30 minutes went by and we still didn’t have our food after almost an hour. Then we looked back at the big table that came in after us and they were already eating their food. I got up to talk to the manager and our server BRITTANY goes “ma’am your food will be up shortly it was lost in translation with the machine” before I could talk to the manager about it. I said I don’t care you haven’t checked on us once that big table in the back is eating before us and arrived a half hour after us and I’m done waiting. She said she’s a manager and tried to explain she got busy but I was a server so I told her that was Bull. Then she raised her voice and told me that I was wrong it hasn’t been an hour and I need to calm down. I told her when I got there I sent a text and checked the time and it has been an hour so she was in the wrong and I asked to have a receipt of when she put the order in. She said she can print it but never printed a copy for me to see (because I KNOW she forgot to put our order in and was blaming it on the machine) the ACTUAL manager was nice and gave us our food to go for free. I had to pick a star in order to post this. I work for Uber Eats, yesterday I went to pick up the order inside the restaurant, there was a male manager at the window with a customer and a waitress came to me and ask me for help I gave her my pick up name, while she’s getting the order the manager turns around and said get off your phone I was on a phone call while waiting so I stared at him like in shock because I didn’t expect that so the waitress came with my order and he tells her if she doesn’t get off her she will not get her food, that was not my food I was picking up for someone else that bought it from there, I’m still on my phone and he comes and gives me the order and says is rude while your on your phone while picking up a food, I answered him by telling him he was the rude one first the food was bought by someone and I was doing my job I just went to pick it up second a waitress took my order it wasn’t even him and he came out of no where with an only attitude towards me, if you are working at a restaurant or anywhere with people you should be more polite and treat with respect, while this so called manager is working there I would never touch that friendly’s again, with all do respect this person doesn’t deserve this job. I ordered orange drink, got fruit punch. Allergic to red dye. The mini mozzarella and the fries were fine. The cheddar broccoli soup tasted like broccoli water. My chicken wrap had no taste at all and barely any chicken. Asked for a reeses frendz and she bring it with chocolate sauce. There's NO chocolate sauce in a reeces pieces frendz. She brings me back a vanilla ice cream sundae with reeces pieces on it. Told her I dont want a sundae I want a friendz. Takes it back to the counter and they put that sundae in the mixer and gave it back. Fat manager standing at the counter the whole time and then talking loudly about what's in a frendz. Read your menu because it's NOT yellow vanilla ice cream with no peanut butter sauce. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at a friendlys and the friendz is the ONLY dessert I ever get there.
