FILTHY! Our party of four have never witnessed a dirtier McDonald's. The place probably needs to be closed for a week and thoroughly cleaned. Not only were the outside windows greasy, the restrooms were dirty, and every visible working surface appeared to be smeared with grease, as well as some staff wearing what could only be described as filthy shirts. We witnessed a female employee be rudely insubordinate to what appeared to be a male manager attempting to get orders completed correctly and in a timely manner. The service was extremely slow although the visible staff appeared to be having a really good time. A young man behind us in line said he had never had to wait that long in line to be waited on at a McDonald's. When we received all but one item of our order we were told that the rest of the food would be delivered in two minutes. Ten to fifteen minutes later when we were ready to leave I told the young woman at the cash register (who had already rudely indicated to the manager that she had a ready excuse for not doing her job in a timely manner) that we were leaving and to disregard the rest of our order. I don't think she could have been less interested in customer service, or any less concerned. No problem with the food, but one can only wonder about the preparation as dirty as things were. Read moreThis place is awful. I ordered on the app 15 minutes before I got there and still has to wait another 15 minutes for them to bring my food out. A few days later I ordered on the app for delivery. The McDonald's app said they delivered. After an hour waiting I went to store and confronted the store manager. They basically blamed me the customer for not knowing they didn't deliver. I showed them my accepted order on the app and they found my order sitting in their system. They then blamed door dash saying it was their fault. I told them the McDonald's app says nothing about door dash and showed them my order again. The continual implication was that I the customer should know all this and that they have zero culpability. I told the manager to do his job and make a simple call and get it fixed so their app doesn't offer delivery. He said his job was to cook food. I say his job is to manage customer service. He obviously was not cooking the food. I'm not sure what he was doing, but it wasn't his job. After a month I went their again with my wife who just wanted fries. NO FRYER! So no fries. A week later, still no fries. In all my years I've never heard of a McDonald's not able to sell fries or anything fried. Isn't this the restaurant with the golden arches. Read moreCame to visit family in cutbank, ate here two days in a row, both days the manager was yelling at employees infront of costumers to the point they were very upset and crying. First day the food was good, came hot but took a while. Second day the order came cold, and incorrect, both coffees came black, (both should have had cream/sugar) the McMuffin was supposed to not have egg because of allergies, however, both of us could taste the egg that was taken off it, which resulted in someone getting sick. Rest of the order seems very sloppy and thrown together/cold and was missing added condiments.
