Arby's — Restaurant in Cuyahoga Falls

I really like this Arby's .It's most likely one of my favorites in the Summit area. They have a nice TV I can sit and watch while enjoying my tasty beverage . I've never had a problem with my soda being flat .Exceptionally clean , that's at least been my experience. The fries taste like the grease is changed on a regular basis. Management chips in to help ; like most of the other Arby's I've been too. Responsively pleasant employees always makes for a satisfying time. That's especially when situations can get mixed up. Things happen . Handle them with composure , or they'll get out of control and handle you. I also like the retiree group that hangs out at this Arby's . There're a group of friends that meet up . It's interesting to hear the stories about their lives. It reminds me of years gone past at other fast food places who would give out the daily newspaper to their regulars for them to read in the morning. That's when you used to get pancakes on the dollar menus . I certainly hope Arby's keeps their current $1 menu that is offered between 2 to 5 seven days a week . I love their sliders , fries and dollar drink . Thank you Arby's for giving us solid deals and a good environment to enjoy them in....

Worst experience ever they completely messed up our order one sandwich was suppose to be plain with ranch added and it still had all the veggies on their along with cucumber sauce which I dont think even comes on the sandwich and I was so tired from driving all day that we got half way home and I just realized that we didn't get our drinks I was going to call but my wife said dont even worry about so I just decided that we wont ever go back their agian oh and we got cheese cups for 60 cents a piece okay I know it's not much but they didnt even put any cheese in there at all it was ridiculous after every thing added up and we spent almost 20 dollars and about...

Brandy deserves a lot of praise. I hope I have the correct location. My wife and I were headed back to Ann Arbor from Akron and stopped at this Arby's off of Route 8. My wife is a vegetarian and wanted a sandwich. Most times staff doesn't know how to respond or simply says, "we don't have a vegetarian sandwich," but this location was different. Brandy asked questions and worked with the menu to prepare a vegetarian sandwich. Thank you so much Brandy for helping us out and going above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. I wish this Arby's was closer to home because it is hard to find people who are willing to work outside the box and accommodate...
