I used go to Dunkin frequently. 3-5 times a week for 4 years in a row! Honestly, this is the worst Dunkin I have been to, and I have given it two full years of constant visits and tries. They have made so many mistakes, messed up my order too many times, and have run out of coffee rolls and multigrain bagels before 9:15 AM many times. Whether the line is to the street, or only 3 cars are ahead of me, I am always waiting at least 20-45 minutes in the drive through. Consistently. Which is such a long time! I also understand that people sometimes unexpectedly order more of one food item than the Dunkin was expecting, but come on now. This has been a consistent, running out of multigrain bagels before 9:30 AM, almost every other time I go. This Dunkin needs to adjust their shipment ordering, and make more of food items that run out early in the day. Please, Dunkin workers, put a good amount of cream cheese on the bagels. Some days it’s like someone barely scraped the edge of their knife on it. And the one time I asked for more, they charged me extra for it.
Lastly, the parking lot is a nightmare. The cones they put up to direct the drive through block the entire lot, making it worse for everyone. I can’t park to go inside, and then drive out without waiting in the drive through line for a few cars, which as I’ve already stated, consistently takes too long. Some days it even takes 10 minutes a car, no exaggeration. Dunkin, please try to improve this location. I want to start coming back to this one, but today was the last straw lol. I’m not trying to be a ‘Karen,’ but I’m frustrated with this location. The 5 star reviews MUST be friends or employees of this...
Read moreI gave this location multiple opportunities before deciding to leave a public review. Ive found that without a doubt, it's far better to go out of your way entirely simply to avoid this location. The food order is consistently NEVER fresh and always wrong**. App orders and service inside IS NOT excluded in this, unfortunately. Management refuses to correct THEIR errors and has a poor attitude when dealing with customers. Customer service is non-existent across all aspects here. They also can't be bothered to box their donut orders properly. Throwing them into a bag with the icing side down seems on par for this location. And to add insult to disappointment, the donuts they haphazardly threw in the bag weren't even the correct one that I ordered! 🤦♀️If I could give negative stars, I would. I'm actually in complete shock this location has almost 4 stars. If you insist on DD, and trust me, I'm definitely a dunkin girl, do yourself a HUGE favor and go the few extra miles to hit up the Graham Road location instead👌I promise, any review left here with a 5 star is either an employee or a friend of one because there's absolutely no way you'll receive "excellent service with a smile"....
Read moreThe two star reflects price to quality. It does don't represent any refelctions toward the staff. Get Go has coffee refils for .99 cents. Circle K has a $5.99 monthly subscription cost for a one free coffee a day. I find both places have equal, if not better coffee for the price. As far as the dounts, it's the same as many other operations, the products have gotten smaller and the prices higher. Margins are smaller which makes expesnes tighter. Also, DD has gone from an in-house dount maker to a microwave meal maker. I've tried the wraps and sandwiches and they are below average at best when it comes to price to qaulity. DD, along with Arby's, still a fan there, along with Buffalo wild Wings Jimmy John's, fan there too along with Sonic have been aquired by Inspired Brands. These aqusitions generally don't bode well for the consumer. Look at Burger King. 3G, then RBI. Recently, RBI bought out Firehouse Subs. These conglomerates will cut costs, which again means smaller portions at raised prices. Look, you can get a large refill and a good cookie for $2 right up the road at Get Go. Again, this is nothing against the employees. Very nice people at...
