I don't order from emidios very often, and this is the one on main street, but when I do I would like it to be done right. The hardest part is calling the establishment. The male person that works the drive-thru window is intimidating and mean. Recently I ordered a small pizza and it was burnt and the crust was heaped up on the sides and the cheese pooled to the middle. This is not what I'm used to. Usually the pizzas are much better a little bit bigger because it was sliding around in the box and this one was burned. I pulled away from the drive-thru and looked at it and what made me look at it is the fact that it was sliding around in the box. When I looked at it I couldn't believe it. Because this person is so hard to deal with I gave it a second thought do I really want to put myself through that, but I spent $12 on the pizza and some sauces and I had to say something. I was very nice to him but as soon as I got to the window I was met with a mean face and a very bad attitude and so I stuttered my way through it because he's intimidating. I asked him I would like you to make this over. He's like why! And I discussed with him about it being overdone and cheese pooling sliding into the middle.... It was overdone. I never took a bite of it I was still in the parking lot. He said I'm not making it over there's nothing wrong with it. He didn't even look at it. So with the monotone voice I said, okay, I am the customer and you know and I started to describe what was wrong with it again. He said, I'll put more cheese on it but I'm not making another one for you. There was no discussion, so I just let him do what he wanted. I've dealt with him for a number of years at different times especially when I used to do food delivery. He's very mean. I'm sure he's a hard worker, and I know it's a rough area over there at times, but people should not be treated like that. I can deal with his attitude but having my pizza made like this was not acceptable so now what do I do? I had to just take what he gave me and try to see if I can eat some of the cheese off of it and make some semblance of a meal out of this. I am going to speak with a manager tomorrow to see if I can get a replacement. I can say one thing other than if the manager would be kind enough to give me a replacement that I will never be back to this particular location. It's not worth the stress and the meanness of this person. And the worst thing about it is he doesn't care he's like that. I wish that he wasn't like that but he is. I'm just glad it was me that dealt with him and not somebody else that might be going through a really hard thing in life and not needing that kind of treatment. I can take it, but I just want my pizza done right for the money I paid.

This place is going down hill fast. I went on the website listed on the receipt the pizza is shown at a different price. I was then told at the window they don't update prices on their website šŸ˜’ but they do on Doordash. Keep in mind door dash has those built in fees for using the site often cheat the owner so they say go directly to the site. INSULT to injury they have the nerve to add a 3% gratuity they flat out didn't tell me about. 🤯So yeah don't buy from them and I will be going to Yelp and the BBB. NEGATIVE STARS

Unfortunately we ordered the fried chicken. It was advertised on their sign ....8 piece for $18. It was probably the worst fried chicken that I have ever eaten. It was overcooked, dried out and flavorless. It tasted like it was breaded in just unseasoned white flour. There were three adults trying to eat this 8 piece for dinner, and in the end I threw 4 pieces in the garbage disposal. No one wanted it, even our cat wouldn't eat it.

A few weeks ago, I placed a pickup order for a large pepperoni pizza with an order of joes. I normally check my order prior to leaving, but didn’t this time. Once I arrived home, I found out I had been given the wrong order. I called to inform them of this and they asked what I received and what I originally ordered. When I told them my original order, my order in their system was a large half cheese half pepperoni pizza with a cookie (not what I ordered or the mistaken food given to me). The incorrect order was a smaller than ordered veggie pizza and a personal pepperoni pizza. They told me they would remake my order and that I’d receive a credit for the inconvenience. When I returned, they told me the credit would be put under my name for a future order. Fast forward two weeks later, I call to place an order to redeem that credit and the person taking the order tells me ā€œthis is the first I’m hearing of thisā€ which made me believe this was a manager I was speaking with. He asked if my food had been remade and I responded yes. He then tells me that since my food was remade (my original order that I PAID for), that my credit was redeemed. Horrible customer service to have a buying customer drive twice to receive their initial order to then be told two weeks later that the food said customer paid for was their redeemed credit. I would not...

I love pizza, and I have tried many different places in Cuyahoga Falls , but few of them can compare to the amazing taste and quality of Emidio’s . This is not your typical pizza shop, this is a place where you can enjoy authentic Italian cuisine with fresh ingredients and homemade sauces. They have amazing meatballs and make their own pasta. The crust amazing and crispy, the cheese is gooey and stretchy, and the toppings are generous and flavorful. You can choose from a variety of pizzas, such as the classic Margherita, the spicy Pepperoni, or the exotic Hawaiian. Or you can create your own pizza with any combination of ingredients you like. They also have salads, pasta, sandwiches, and desserts to satisfy your appetite. The service is friendly and fast, and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting. You can dine in, take out, or order online for delivery. No matter how you get your pizza, you will not be disappointed. Emidio’s is one of the best pizza shops in Cuyahoga Falls , and I highly recommend it to anyone who loves pizza. Trust me, you will not regret...
