Our server was less than friendly or welcoming and nearly rolled her eyes at us for asking for a couple minutes to look over the menu. We were dining with our two (well behaved) young children, so it can take a minute to get everyone settled and ready to order. We ordered two kids meals that were apparently supposed to come with a drink. The kids had glasses of water and no alternate beverage was offered, yet we paid full price for each meal. Our food took a very long time to come out with no updates from the server until right before the food came out. She said "They were tray-ing up the food last time she was back there, so it should be out soon." In the meantime we were left with empty drinks that we had to ask to be refilled. When the food arrived it was barely warm. We were just happy to be eating after waiting well over 30-40 minutes for 20 wings and two kids meals. I should note that the dining room was maybe 1/3 full on a Sunday evening around 5pm. While waiting for our food we observed multiple servers eating, touching their faces/noses, and I'm fairly confident I watched one server take a hit of a vape, though I'm not certain. This all occurred in the little alcove outside the kitchen door. It didn't seem to matter to anyone that they were visible to the entire dining room. As we were finishing up, we realized we received 19 wings instead of 20. I decided to let the server know just so she could pass it on to the kitchen staff. Not a big deal at all, just kind of annoying considering the experience we had up to this point. She kind of rolled her eyes at me and sarcastically said "Do you want another one?" By this point we were finished with our meal with the check in hand, so clearly we were not looking to wait another 30+ minutes for a single chicken wing. She then went to the alcove to process our payment and it was clear she was talking about our interaction with other staff members who were hanging out there. We were not the slightest bit rude or demanding, and our children were well behaved for the entirety of our meal. I just thought at nearly $1.50 per wing, it would be great if we received what we ordered. Overall, just an incredibly poor experience which left us with no desire to return or recommend this...
Read moreSad to be 0/2 but I have to make this review. By 0/2 I mean I've had two bad experiences of thus restaurant so far. Let's start with the first one. Ordered a 6 pack of wings and a crispy chicken wrap with Thai curry sauce. The wrap was made with teriyaki so I called in about it. Didn't want anything in return just wanted to give a heads up as I know the restaurant is new and has a lot of expectations. My mom and I have been looking for a bdubs and since this one opened up so close we were really looking forward to it. Connor, the manager was extremely friendly and helpful and gave me a credit despite me not asking for one. Fast forward to today and I got my free wrap; takeout again. Connor took the order and was super friendly again, I go pick up the food, the two people working the register did not even acknowledge I was there. So much so that they almost helped the next guy who got there after I did. I give them my name for the order and they said they didn't have it. The asian woman who very quickly checked claimed they did not have it. I was on the verge of leaving when that's when they noticed an open bag and food compartment on the counter. I can only surmise they forgot it was there because it was my food the entire time. I noticed it the entire time I was there but didn't say anything because it was unusual they were keeping it on the counter and not in the hot well, I assumed it was an employees dinner. As I worked for a bdubs 7 years ago, this was a common practice for hostess who had to work the take out counter. So as you can imagine I was beside myself when I found out it was mine. As you can imagine that led to the food being dreadfully cold. I didn't take it personally as I understand it is hard to find good help nowadays. I do not want to write this restaurant off yet, so I will give it another chance and update my review after sitting down, as both of my orders have...
Read moreBuffalo Wild Wings: A Disastrous Experience (0 Stars) I've never been one to write a scathing review, but my recent visit to Buffalo Wild Wings was so utterly abysmal that I feel compelled to share my nightmare. If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. This wasn't just a bad meal; it was an assault on my dignity and my digestive system.
From the moment I walked in, the service was nonexistent. It felt like the staff was actively trying to avoid eye contact. After what felt like an eternity, a server finally ambled over, only to immediately accuse me of having a fake ID when I tried to order a beer. My ID is perfectly valid, and I've never had an issue anywhere else. Their condescending refusal, based on what felt like pure suspicion and a complete lack of training, set the tone for the entire evening. It was humiliating and infuriating.
Despite my frustration, I decided to just get some food and leave. Big mistake. The food itself was mediocre at best, but that's not even the main issue. Within hours of leaving, I was hit with the most severe, relentless diarrhea I have ever experienced in my life. I'm talking about a level of gastrointestinal distress that made me question every life choice leading up to that moment. It was clear that something I ate at Buffalo Wild Wings was the culprit.
This wasn't just a disappointing restaurant visit; it was a health hazard combined with utterly incompetent and disrespectful service. Save your money, save your dignity, and most importantly, save your stomach. Avoid Buffalo Wild Wings...
