If I could give 0 stars I would. Alexander Jenkins is the Technician according to the paperwork. Took my car in for a 5 pm appointment yesterday to have two tires put on and front tires moved to the rear. I don’t live far so 25 miles per hour home for about 2 miles. I left this morning at 2:30 am headed out of town and I get 20 min out on the highway and every light comes on and my speedometer won’t work. I stop on the side of the road pop my hood and my air filter box is broken my negative battery cable cover is off and broken so it won’t stay on and my negative battery cable cover was off and shoved down in mg car (they had no reason to be under my hood). I pulled my negative cable for about 6 min drained power and hooked back up. It reset and 15 min later everything is back on and not working. It is 6:07 and I just limped my car home using a speedometer on my phone. I am beyond upset. I have never had a issue with this car just had it checked a few weeks ago by Fred Martin where I bought it and I always check work when I leave a facility and nothing was messed up. Read moreScheduled ahead with an appointment. Staff was exceptionally nice a friendly. Car was on the rack longer than I expected for a scheduled tire change. I have done this a “few” times and considered this visit longer than usual. WheI was about done it was indicated to me that the tires were a bit out of alignment and for an extra $100 they could be aligned. Now I took a look while the car was on the rack and the alignment equipment was on the car prior to any discussion or approval. This is a typical approach to getting a customer to spend more money! This I did not like! There should have been a discussion way prior to this last minute add on! Since we were taking a trip, I felt it was prudent (although not essential) to get the one tire out of alignment back into alignment. An extra $100 is high and not appreciated. Although the equipment was attached and the car on the rack, I decided to get it done. A tactic that I am sure is done quite often. I don’t appreciate the tactic nor the price. Hence the 3 stars. Read moreI just want to say how amazing the manager Carly is. I have been servicing my vehicles at the dealership I purchased them from for the past 12 years (I used to work at that dealership). However, due to the dealership’s inability to properly handle COVID-19 and my service needs, I decided to go to my local Goodyear location. I am beyond thrilled I made that choice. Carly took amazing care of me and my vehicle. I brought it in for brake work and the pricing is well below what the dealership quoted me. There were some hiccups along the way, but Carly handled all of them with the upmost professionalism and customer service. While there, I asked her to look into an issue with my tires wearing too quickly. Again, she was able to assist me quickly, professionally and with great customer service.
