McDonald's — Restaurant in Cuyahoga Falls

I am so angry it's not even funny. MY mistake was not checking the dinner box before I left, because two of the four sandwiches were missing! Half the meal! And as I was unloading it, everything was lukewarm at best. It wasn't nearly a long enough drive for the food to already be cold, which means it wasn't warm to begin with. So I. All, they say drive back and they'll replace the missing items. I drive all the way back (so I've now had to make this drive three times at this point) and enter the store. There is a rather loud noise signalling that someone has entered. Did anyone greet me? No. I stood at the counter almost 5 minutes before someone glanced my way and asked if I needed anything. I told them I was the person who called and before I could finish my sentence, they nodded and turned around, cutting me off. At least they know who I was and what I needed, but they could have AT LEAST let me finish my sentence. I watched as they put my burgers in the bag, then came back to hand them to me with a nod. No "we're sorry for the inconvenience" or even a "here you go, have a nice day". I almost said something, but the floor was so gross that I was sliding around and I didn't want to be in there any longer than I had to. This is where I made my second mistake. THE FOOD. WASNT. EVEN. WARM! So I made the same drive twice and STILL HAD TO MICROWAVE MY FOOD! I would rather drive out of my way to avoid this McDonald's at this...

Unfortunately, McDonald's can be hot or cold depending on the day. There's a lot of teenage workers that have their headsets in for their phone and will be having conversations. Also, I don't see a lot of hair nets over the food or gloves used when handling food at the counter. The girl who works the counter is friendly. She does have a disability so I give a little leeway but she can also be kind of rude where she will just walk past you while you're waiting. Or you'll have to call her over to the counter because she's standing there talking to someone or just ignoring you. Purposely and I'm not being mean I know this because I used to work there and I used to have to tell her to go help people all the time. For some reason she just continues to get away with it and it's infuriating. That said the management does try. The managers are all hard workers. It's just hard to keep a staff there because nobody wants to work nowadays. Also, McDonald's has gotten a little overpriced over the years. You could go to Applebee's spend the same amount of money and get a real meal and some atmosphere. However, if you have small children, this is a great place to go. They have the Playland there the tunnels a little slide in a separate area that's safe. It could be kept cleaner but you know what you got to take what you can get for free entertainment for kids. That's why I gave it four stars...

I went through the drive thur about 8ish or so on 12/17/2023 . The lady who took my order was nice I pulled up to the second window waited 20 mins for then I beep my horn big black dude in pink hoodie came to the window and made a poor excuse why I waited so long . Then my fries was cold. Then waited another 10 mins for my smoothie. Then I walk in a young white women fix my order then in the process of waiting for my order in the pink hoodie dude was running his mouth about me then a black lady chubby with fuzzy headband was like the customer is right there and customers are always right. Then continued to have an attitude and talk trash about me The fact of the matter is who is right and who isn’t the fact of the matter is the service growing up fast food and restaurants means you get your food and get out. Also not to mention the car that was behind me was still out the window after being in the restaurant for another 20 minutes. Being disrespectful and acting like an @$& isn’t good customer service or running a restaurant or franchise and employees like this makes customers not want to come back and wouldn’t have complaints like this . I could have easily been just as disrespectful as he was but I didn’t feel like going to jail . With this being side I will be calling the store manager also a nice call to file a complaint with the Main office so merry Christmas and enjoy...
