Rocco's Pizza — Restaurant in Cuyahoga Falls

so I had my wife pick us up a extra large cheese pizza from this location and I got home went to go eat it and noticed it was very under cooked. I called into the store last night and spoke to a young man who didn’t seem like he knew what he was doing, he said he would have someone call me the very next morning. No one did, so I just called up to the store and explained the situation and the lady working I didn’t get her name, not only questioned me about where I live and made a comment about how far we live from that location( my wife was at her mothers house who lives in the falls, so I had her pick up a pizza for us). She was very rude when I asked if I could come exchange the old pizza I kept that only one slice was missing and exchange it for a fresh one and than she proceeded to give me more of an attitude and ask in a very childish voice “ when will you be here” and then I had enough of the back talk and disrespect I told her the free voucher would be fine.

I can promise that I will never go back to this terrible location, we have been ordering from this Rocco’s for over four years since I lived in the falls years ago, never again. They need to get some sort of training with customer service and be able to talk to others with a...

My wife and I just moved to the area from Florida. I'm from Mansfield, OH and grew up on a local, iconic staple called Leaning Tower of Pizza. They set the standard of what a local pizza shop should be. We came to Rocco's based on Google search for pizza and read the reviews. We were immediately greater and treated very nicely. We got the house special. I can't speak highly enough over the service. We were brought our drinks and food as we dined in and were told not to pay until we finished. The pizza is all hand made with home made dough, sauce and they even make their own sausage. For my first experience here, and the amazing food they produce, I think we just discovered our new local pizza place that we will become regulars at.

Never mind the one and only negative review (on trip advisor) or any other negative reviews you see on Google, as you can see, they rank over 4.0 and that alone is a huge accomplishment and it's given for good reason. It's hard to find the level of service where the patron is treated like we are paying the bills let alone produce a good product on top of it. I have been patronizing this place for years, but yesterday was my last slice. I ordered 3 pizzas, a small plain pizza, a deluxe with no mushroom (emphasis on NO mushroom when ordering), and a plain large white, all pizzas to be cooked well done. The plain pizza was made and cooked correctly. The plain large white pizza was covered in onions and tomatoes and not even cooked all of the way let alone being well done. The deluxe with NO mushroom was covered in mushroom and not cooked all of the way. When I picked up the pizzas, I opened every box to check them, unfortunately I couldn’t tell if they were cooked all of the way but I did notice the deluxe had mushroom. I brought the mistake to the attention of the employee and she said “oh, I’m sorry”. I said, “ok well what can we do about this”. She replied, “I can make you a new one” and I said “I don’t have time to wait for a new one because I have people waiting on me, let alone the other pizzas will sit and get cold.
