To start with the positive the atmosphere is cozy and inviting. Despite being a small dining area, the decor and layout give a warm overall feel. Now onto the negative, when we arrived we were greeted with a unamused women yelling at us to ā€œjust find a seat anywhereā€. Then, when we misunderstood their wing special our waitress was visibly annoyed at the misunderstanding. She never clarified the current specials and instead, stared at us and ultimately left saying she’ll just come back. When my husband and I decided just to order an appetizer, our waitress again was annoyed and wanted to know why. She continued to stand there so, we just handed her our menus, she again huffed off to behind the bar. To make matters worse when we received our order the dishes were dirty with food residue. Finally, when check time came she walked past our table she tossed our check at us and had someone else ring us out. Worst experience ever, very disappointed and will not be back…. I fear you misconstrued many of these statements. These are not ā€œI don’t like her toneā€or ā€œthey didn’t have what I want so I’m throwing a fitā€ complaints, and they’re definitely not about a misunderstanding over specials. I spent money at your establishment and was treated poorly and served food on dirty dishes. I could’ve in the future, returned to you for carry out rather than dine. But your backhandedness about the ā€œcustomer is always right serviceā€ model reflects in the way you poorly manage your customers concerns and experiences. You wrote saying that you reach out to patrons who have bad experiences. I suppose you only reach to people who are not given plates with others crusty food debris and cups with strangers lipstick stains. The customer may not always be right, but when your dishes are dirty, and the waitresses are unapproachable, perhaps even 14 years of service may not be enough to boost your reputation for the future. So disappointing to see a small place like this respond so poorly to feedback and not even offer an apology. Especially, to things that can be easily fixed, just wash your stuff and be friendly. I will spread the word to avoid this restaurant, yikess 🄶🄶😱😱😬😬

Service was friendly and top notch. Salad with Italian dressing (assumed it was house made). Delicious! Kids devoured their spaghetti and meatballs. I had the chicken parm. ( Partial photo) the chicken was excellent and well seasoned, hence the partial photo. . The sauce on everything however was watery and bland. Watered ketchup if you will. I grew up poor and so I can accurately make this comparison. Overall would visit again to try other menu items! Also.. cannoli šŸ‘

Tim’s is giving me some northern Wisconsin bar vibes. Pizza was really good. Excellent light and crispy crust, which has some interesting layers somehow. Toppings were all good and fresh. Only small quibble was it needed more cheese. Garlic cheese bread was also great which did have plenty of cheese. Also lots of friendly people in a nice neighborhood.

My wife, son, his wife and myself were out shopping and such on Sunday. We decided to look for someplace different to get pizza. Tim's popped up on our Google search. Very positive reviews, so we decided to give it a try. There are 2 different entrances. One for take out and one for dine in. You enter thru the bar area. Nice big bar with several tables. It was a nice day so we decided to eat in the patio area. Only a few people in the bar area and nobody outside but us. Waitress greeted us quickly and took our drink orders. She was very pleasant. Nice size menu. Looking over the menu I could have ordered many items but I had to remember we were there for pizza. We ordered some fried mozzarella sticks and a 16 cut squre pizza, half plain half pepperoni. Mozzarella sticks came pretty fast. Fried perfectly and very tasty. Nice little cup of warm sauce for dipping. Pizza came in about another 10 min. Very good also. Sometimes square pizza won't be real hot. This one was. Crust was nice and crisp. Plenty of sauce. The only thing I would change would be to order extra cheese and extra pepperoni. That is just a personal preference. We wasted little time on finishing it off. I thought pricing was very reasonable. Appetizer, 16 cut pizza and ice tea with a tip came to $30. Not bad for 4 people to eat lunch. Not sure how busy it gets on other days but it was quiet on Sunday afternoon. My son/daughter in law live in Akron and we are from Pittsburgh. Hopefully we will remember to come and try out some other items on the menu next time we are in visiting. If it's like the pizza it should be...

I want to start off by saying, this place is put together pretty well. It is a bit tiny, but it is an extremely friendly atmosphere. The consumers are super nice and the servers/bartenders are out-of-this-world friendly!! My fiancĆ© and I did not order any food, but heard from the locals that it is quite delicious! I am giving a 1 star review because of how the owner handled a situation while we were there. Basically, my fiancĆ© paid money for the jukebox to play a song she wanted to hear, it because of the small environment, we couldn’t hear it! We asked one of the lovely servers to turn it up, which she did by a couple notches. Although we appreciated the effort, the volume was still too low to hear so we asked if it could be turned up just a bit more. The kind server asked her boss, the owner, if she could make the accommodation for us and he told her no. Unfortunately, it wasn’t just a quick no, it came with a berating explanation of how ā€œthis is a family restaurantā€ and ā€œyou know we don’t turn the music up till 9ā€ kind of response. It was so poorly delivered and happened to be within earshot of where we were sitting which is why I am writing this review. The owner should take a bite of humble pie and appreciate the people that make him his money and not be such a jerk to them!! We most definitely will not be back due to how mean this man was to his employees. I am surprised that he has such great people working for him considering how mean he was to...
