got a call from a young lady at the restaurant to tell me that they were out of ribs and if i wanted anything else because they wanted to make sure i got the full experience. I told her she can surprise me and she did she gave me extra brisket and threw in a starwberry lemonade. OMG everything was so good i had to tell my kids to move around they were trying to eat all my food after they had chick fil a lol my son said mommy next time I want a plate from here. You won't be disappointed the food was delicious and the customer sevice is superb. Will be back.. PS thank you for wanting to address me properly by asking how to correctly say my name (you got it right the first time)...

Last month I placed an order for their hand made sausage links for my grandma's bday party and they were THE HIT of the party! I tried a few of their menu items at a private event in the past so I knew they would not disappoint! Everyone kept asking where did I get those good links from!? I flew into town for the party and was able to coordinate a convenient time to meet the owner for the order. The service was excellent and efficient. My order was ready on time and package appropriately for the links I was shipping back to Cali. When I am in town, BiG T's Smokehouse is the ONLY house I'm getting my bbq from! Saw and smelled the smoke, so I decided to stop by. Talked with the owner for a minute, had to give Dallas vs Houston bbq trash talk, and he was very personable and stood on his business. One customer, from LA, ate out in the food park and came by and said he come to eat only his bbq, so I knew he had some good Q. His confidence and consigner made me get the 3 meat plate, that way I could taste it all and my son got the loaded bbq fries. I also ordered the sweet tea and it was the truth. He asked did I like boudin and I asked him is it smoked, he laughed but when he gave me one, it was on point. Got home with the main entrees and …….....
