Steak Spot inside Imperial Pho — Local services in Cypress

I had an overall excellent experience with The Steak Spot. Here are the details: I wanted to arrange lunch for 13 people on Saturday afternoon. I called Steak Spot on Friday evening around 6pm and got in touch with Adnan, the owner. I explained I wanted to arrange a steak lunch the next day. He graciously agreed to cook the steaks earlier than normal operating hours, on a Saturday, to accommodate my request. I gave him a complicated order of several different types of steaks all cooked to different specifications and we agreed on a pick up time.

The next day I arrived on the agreed upon pick up time. He invited me into the truck and he had just completed cooking and placing all the steaks into trays. He had intuitively arranged all the steams (medium rare together and well done together) and helped me load my car with the trays. He provided spicy BBQ sauce and even gave me extra garlic butter to reheat the steaks if I wanted to.

The steaks ended up being perfect - flavorful and cooked exactly to each of our preference.

Been to Steak Spot about half a dozen times. For a food truck, their steaks don't disappoint. I have had Ribeye, Top Sirloin and Chicken steak (lemon pepper). On the sides, they have creamy corn, mashed potatoes and rice. Don't think they offer fries anymore. Last time I literally saw the fries get peeled , cut and fried. The chef also does brisket on Thursdays and Mondays as well. I have tried their steak medium rare/ medium and medium well and they get it right each time.

Today they luckily had a batch of halal Wagyu NY stips (A3), which I didnt want to miss. Getting halal wagyu is extremely difficult to find. Got the steak medium well and it was tender and juicy. I'll let the picture do the talking here.. I bet someone with dentures could eat it. Now that's a bit of figurative speech, but you get my point.
