Eagle Ranch Shopping Center — Local services in Cypress

This strip shopping mall is very useful. It has a large Kroger supermarket with gas station, a well as a Bank of America. There is a Sonic Drive thru up at the front of the mall.

This shopping mall is located at one big busy intersection. At the corner of Fry road and West Little York, traffic can be horrible, especially during the evening between 5 and 8pm. Parking is a nightmare during this time of day and unless you don't mind walking, you may have to wait for a space, including handicapped spaces (this is down at the Kroger end of the lot). The south end of the mall is far less busy. An Ace Cash Express has plenty of parking next to the Chinese take out T Jins. Their is a restaurant spot at this end of the mall that has constantly changing ownership. It was an Italian place for a long time, then was empty for a time and it never seems to have any cars parked there.
