While getting my food in drive thru I asked the worker for hot sauce, ketchup, and honey for a 10 piece family meal. He gave me 2 packs of each. I asked for more and he gave me 2 more packs of each. So 4 ketchup, 4 hot sauce, and 4 honey for 10 pieces of chicken, fries, and biscuits when there is 5 people eating the meal. The worker proceeded to tell me to read the sign which I couldn't in the pouring rain and told me that he doesn't make the rules that I need to talk to the manager and closed the window in my face. When making it home 2 minutes away I noticed that the chicken was old and hard and the fries were over cooked. To make a long story short my family had an unpleasant meal. I currently have cancer and unable to get around much due to chemo and wanted to treat my kids to something special because we're struggling financially and wanted to take their minds off everything for a moment. I don't appreciate the rudeness from the worker. I don't appreciate having a over cooked meal and not being able to get condiments for a meal I paid for. This is the first time I've ever received this kind of treatment at this location and I will now have to drive to Popeyes the next time my family would like chicken. It doesn't cost anything for the workers to treat customers with respect and to provide fresh food with the proper amount of condiments. Didn't tell me they were out. Doing the $10.99 two can dine coupon from the website. Checked my food after paying, 2 piece dark when I asked for tenders and they repeated it back correct. Didn't want 2 piece, and I'm told "it's the end of the night so we can't make anymore tenders." I had to get a refund. Could only do a refund thru original payment method, so had to wait for processing.
